Overall disappointed & we really tried to enjoy it. We ordered our pizza well done, however it was no where near well done. The cheese had a paper taste and texture to it so we had to take it off. Meanwhile the wings tasted like they have been sitting for some time.

Second time ordering online with things being forgotten. I hate having to only write bad reviews, especially about a Chicago place being from there and all. But if I’m the only order and you still manage to mess it up at opening? I shouldn’t of added an extra cash tip on my way out if I knew I was.payinf even less than promised. This location is obviously struggling and shows more on a regular basis.

First time here the other week and it was good! Ordered online for pickup. When arriving, we waited maybe 10 minutes for someone to show up to the counter. I think she said she was in the back or something. She was friendly. They were out of the salad we ordered and instead of picking something else on then menu she said she could put the credit on our account. We agreed. Not sure where that exists exactly but forgot to ask….

Whenever I visit AZ, I look forward to eating they yummy pizza from Rosatis, however this time I am as extremely disappointed. The pizza was good, but then there was the wings I ordered which weren’t completely cooked through which they put the accountability on the fact that they don’t cook them they just warm them up. The zappoli that I ordered was supposed to include hazelnut dipping sauce and they left that behind. Mistakes happen but what’s the most disappointing of it all is their attitude towards correcting the issue. I was promised a refund for the 20 wings I ordered on December 26th and here we are January 5th and no return on my money. Upon calling the shop, of course there’s no manager and the individual that is in charge has no idea how to help so I’m at a loss still. It’s called empathy. Learn that skill when dealing with people. And the customer is always right. You owe me Rosatis.

I placed a $100 ($120 with tip) order at 6:00 pm. The estimated delivery time was 7:15. By 7:45, nothing had arrived. I called the restaurant and was told the driver left over one-half hour before and they had no idea where she was. They suggested that I continue to wait. I called back 15 minutes later and was told they couldn’t reach their driver. They again suggested that I wait and reluctantly started to re-make the order. About 10 minutes later the original order arrived. The food was cold and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped. One item was missing. I again called the restaurant and was told that I should be happy it was delivered. A little bit later, the re-made order arrived, hot and fresh, but by this time it was close to 9:00. The second driver was apologetic, courteous and respectful. I sent the destroyed pizzas back with him. Eventually, someone from the restaurant called to offer a $10 in store credit that I’m unlikely to ever use. Overall bad experience.

We ordered from this location for the first time last night and thought it was spectacular. The crust was thin & crispy, sauce was delicious, veggies were fresh, cheese cooked golden brown. I’ve been a Rosati’s fan for many years and this location is as good as the founder and his sons did it back in the Chicago area. Welcome to the neighborhood!
