Great place for solid pizza. They have gluten free options, just not vegan cheese (my daughter prefers no cheese vs vegan cheese anyway). Great service and very friendly. I e have gotten delivery and pickup and had great service and food both time.

Got there chicken wings for the first time . Nice crisp meaty wings and you have the option of them with sauce on the which keeps them extra crispy. They are awesome!!

Came in and the manager or someone supervising was screaming and cussing out the young worker for not going fast enough, while the kid was apologizing. Could hear it clearly in the front. Completely unprofessional and no wonder local places have issues hiring and keeping staff. I wouldn’t want my kids to ever put up with that kind of workplace abuse. Will not ever come back here.

This is one of the best pizza spots in town. The service was awesome and the food was even better. From what I observed from the lobby the manager Corey was very friendly and attentive to cleanliness and making sure the kitchen was running smoothly definitely recommend next time you’re feeling pizza!

It’s rare that I leave a negative comment about a local eatery. This is an exception. I live here all year, not a snowbird. I choose to live here, shop here and frequent local businesses. We dine out 3-4 times weekly. Rosati’s manager, Cory (sp) has a lot to learn about customer service. Young and dumb is my guess. He has no idea how to function in the real world. The real challenge is that a local restaurant will get hurt because of the words of one employee with only a modicum of common sense. If Cory is a family member (?) then you’re stuck with him. If not, move him along. He’s learned as much from you as he’s going to.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, but alas, 1 star is the minimum. I just waited outside for an hour for 2 sandwiches. That is 1 hour, outside, after the 30 minutes I was told on the phone. Total time was an hour and a half. Two weeks ago, I picked a pizza and knew immediately it was NOT what I ordered. I told the staff person and only got a shrug. I have been going to this Rosati’s for almost 20 years. Previous owners of this franchise provided good food and service and that is why I kept coming back. I will not be going back anymore.
