Soupy mess. Purchase an 18 inch specialty pizza and it was completely stuffed with wet pineapples and tomatoes that made the whole pizza soggy. Kids wouldn’t even touch it. Need to spread out the ingredients more. Would not recommend.

We drive around 6 miles/13 min give or take to get our pizza from Rossattis. There’s a closer one to us and other restaurants but they don’t taste the same. We save our coupons from each box so after the 12th pizza , we can save half off. My stepson tasted pizza for the first time and said “Best pizza” I’ve ever had!!!

I ordered Chicago style deep dish. Almost no flavor. The sauce is extremely bland and boring. When I was told to grab my bottle of Coke from the refrigerator, I noticed they were completely out of regular Coke. I won’t order Rosati‘s ever again.

Wow. I ordered online and had an issue where my order showed “no pizza sauce”. I called the store and they were none too happy, but said they would “remake it” and hung up in me. I lowered my expectations, but man this was great! I stopped ordering here awhile ago but my bad!….some of the best za I’ve had..

Hit or miss with quality. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s inedible. There is no in between, but everytime it’s insanely expensive. Here is our light sauce extra cheese pizza.

Allowed me to order, took payment, tracker stayed upto date, showed pizza ready for pickup. Showed up to locked doors hours before listed closing time. Verified address of exact Rosatis. Also says open online and everything. It’d be fine if at any point it didn’t allow the order or helpful if it didn’t say “ready for pickup.” Confused how that even works. I’m so hungry 🙁 lol

Website to order was horrific, after 25 minutes had to call in order. Price was higher than on Website. While picking up order, and asking about the difference in price was dealt with a rude person not willing to listen or figure out the problem. Very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. Will never go back to that location at Alma School and Germany. Horrific experience.

Nothing on the individual that I just spoke with, but ordered a Chicago deep dish a couple of days ago, waited over 50 minutes just to be told that the pizza wasn’t servable and that they would comp the pizza and send out another one to our residents.

Pizza was average at best. When you factor in that it was $58 for one large and one medium pizza, it was definitely not worth the price. I don’t mind paying extra for quality, but this was not quality.
