Loved the service. Our server Kelly was awesome. The Gentleman behind the bar with glasses (I feel bad we didn’t catch his name) was hilarious and engaging. The Chicago style pizza was delicious. What surprised us all was how good the wings were. Lots of crisp with a good Buffalo sauce!

My workplace always orders this pizza for larger celebrations. Obviously their Chicago Styled Deep Dish pizza is the main attraction but also the Thin Crust pizza holds its own as well. They also have wings which is solid. It’s also really nice that Rosati’s sells bottles of Giardiniera which pairs everything perfectly

Very authentic Chicago-style thin crust pizza in laid back atmosphere. Felt like a Chicago neighborhood sports pub. Large selection of beers on tap. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Hands down best pizza in Encinitas! I’m from Chicago and was so excited to see a place from back home here on the coast! I loved everything about this place. One critique I’d have is that their double dough needed to have more rise on it and they used too much semolina on the bottom. Otherwise the cheese, toppings and sauce were top notch! We will be back again! ❤️

As a lass in the 70’s, the church my mother attended took us Children to the ROSSATIS’S San Marcos location, I didn’t know such a pizza place existed, I was hooked at the tender age of 6! Now at 50 y/o, I visit the Encinitas location & indulge in their Pizza once again! For-Everrrrrr (Squints from The Sandlot)

Usually a good experience and good food, this is why we chose to take our parents here from Arizona for a casual dinner……bad mistake, 1 girl taking care of the entire restaraunt inside and out. Fairly busy seeing it was a Sunday at 6pm…….verrrrry slowwwwww and unattentive service. Felt embarassed that I chose this for Dad, gonna have to think twice about going back.

I want to start by saying the server was very nice. Even so, the food has to be good for us to continue coming here. That has never been an issue in the past; however, we were there recently and that wasn’t the case. We went out for dinner to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. She wanted pizza and we chose Rosati’s because we’ve had good experiences in the past. This was not the case at our most recent visit. The plates were dirty.. like crusted on food dirty. Even scraping it with my fingernails, it was hard to get it off. The barbecue wings were pretty unappetizing. They seemed to have sat out for awhile and refried several times before coming to our table. The green peppers on our pizza tasted like they had been frozen prior. It was mediocre pizza and it used to be good. Overall, we were fairly disappointed at how much the quality of the food had dissipated. Again, the server was nice but we won’t be going back again.

Being from Chicago, this was quite the find for me!! After 2 yrs I was really excited to get a real Chgo pizza & they did not disappoint! I was in heaven! Service was great, beer was cold, & a great sports bar for us Chicagoans missing home. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Great pizza and a good selection of beers on tap. As a previous Chicagoan, I can say this is pretty close to the real thing. If you’re in the mood for deep dish, but can’t find any around, I’d certainly give this a try. It will satisfy your deep dish craving for sure.
