Stopped in to get two slices of pizza for lunch. Was greeted by a bartender from the establishment next door who was visibly intoxicated and running the front of the house. Had a wait for the food which is no problem and several of us in the lobby were asked to go next door and have a drink while waiting because next door was a “full restaurant “. Once the food was done I take it home and take a bite. I looked at the bottom of the box and saw three tiny odd shaped creatures. Looked at them a little closer and they were little bugs with wings. Dead of course but under the pizza. Check your food from this place. They need to be inspected by the Kane County Health Department.

The family wanted pizza after going to Santa’s Village nearby. This popped up on our GPS. We got there and were a bit confused with the sign outside of the locations. But we went inside anyways. We loved it. Ordered appetizer and 2 pizzas (deep dish and a thin crust). The man taking care of us was really attentive. Will definitely come back if we are in the area

I have been coming here for years, but won’t be returning. The new management is horrible they messed my delivery order up I call back the guy on the phone lies and said he would fix my order and have it delivered within the hour a lie and I called back an hour later still the same lie. I ended up going in for this guy to lie and say the ran the cameras back and lied and said they made my own right and he saw them put everything on my food really . I will never spend another dime with these clowns . Check out Taylor St. Pizza in carpentersville if you want some really good food and other plus is the pizza half priced on Tuesday. I’m done with Rosati’s nasty food and bland pizza. Very tried and dissatisfied. Do better I don’t spend my $ when it’s not appreciated. Go bye

We Order ALL THE TIME. Yesterday Sunday afternoon had the Delightful Pleasure of holding a Lunch Reception for my Granddaughter after Mass. Food was amazing, The Decorations we provided were placed Perfectly by Manager Marissa. So Very VERY PERFECT Gathering of Family and Friends in the Warmth of their Side Room. Warm Honey Wood Finish, Fireplace. Thank you Thank You for making our Event so Perfect. A Wonderful time Loved Everything.

I went for lunch one day and bought pizza by the slice. I get notifications on my phone for purchases I made, and suddenly a second charge was added. I called and they told me there was a glitch and that “it probably says ‘pending charge’, right?” Yes, it did, however at my bank, pending charges are taken out for the amount that I am able to use, so it acts as a second charge. It cleared away and I was only charged once but I was not happy to see about $20 missing from my account when it should have been $10.

UPDATE:Ordered a slice of pepperoni and fries. The fries are fine but the slice is unacceptable.Filled out the form that was requested by the owner. Their corporate office got back to me saying since they are owned independently the owner would get in contact with me. That was on 09/15 and have heard nothing. Don’t waste your time go right next door to Village Pizza. Its now 09/27 and no one has responded. If I could give 0 stars I would due to their lack of customer sevice.

Pizza was great, fried chicken and tots way over cooked, I threw 90% of it away. Only one girl working the bar and the floor. She was very nice, but too much for her alone. We spent over $60.00. Will not go back.

Got a coupon in the mail for being new to the area. It isn’t expired and is completely valid for 1 Free Pizza. We were even going to order sides so it’s not like we were just getting the free pizza and that’s it but even still, THEY sent out the coupon for free pizza, they should expect people to redeem it and get free pizza. Called in to order and apparently their cheap “new owners” aren’t accepting the coupon that was just recently sent out as we have just recently moved into the area so why send out coupons with no intention to honor it, isn’t that considered false advertisement??? Haven’t actually had any of their food but their cheap and shady business practices is enough to turn me away.

I went to the bathroom and there was pink panties ok the floor none of the workers bothered to clean it up, and when the pizza got there it was cold, next day i was having stomach problems, i dont doubt it was from that! Dont come here nomore and this is under the new name noc noc wood
