I ordered a 16 inch pizza. The cheese was completely separated from the crust. I would lift a piece of pizza and the cheese would slide right off. The middle pieces were incredibly soggy. Would not recommend.

We had an 18″ thin pizza with an order of jalapeno poppers and the garlic cheese bread. We also got a free 10″ thin cheese pizza free with the coupon that we got at the hotel! They said it would be an hour and it was there in about 50 minutes. The girl taking the order was very friendly as was the delivery driver. Well worth the money! When staying in Madison, you have to give this restaurant a try!

The customer service was amazing, and the young gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I needed food fast after a long day and he was able to assist me in my remote location. He quoted me a time and they delivered early. The driver was super caring, and told me he keep out food In the best kind of protected bag holding a piping hot pie, and fresh buffalo wings very nicely packaged. His positive energy and respect for how he delivers represents amazing service for thus company. We showed our appreciation to him and will be calling again.

First time eating at Rosati’s. Ordered for delivery on a Saturday in the evening & the wait time wasn’t terrible. The double crust, pepperoni pizza tasted good. Tons of cheese so no need to order extra cheese in my opinion. Got a free 12″ thin pizza & that tasted great too. French fries for the kids, no complaints. Onion rings were very well done which were OK. Will order again. My favorite was the double crust pizza. If you are hesitant on trying a new pizza place, I would recommend Rosati’s.

The deep dish pizza was horrible. Huge hunks of tomatos in place of a pizza sauce. Not at all evenly distributed. Taste was 5/10 at best. If this specific location was in Chicago they’d be out of business in a month.

Ordered over the phone, had trouble hearing or understanding the man I was talking to when I was ordering. That was the only bad part of my experience, got what I ordered in the time frame they said and got it delivered to where I told them to deliver it to at the place I work. Thin crust pizza was very good!
