I really enjoyed my first Rosati’s Pizza experience. I called in for pick up & was placed on a short hold before I placed my order. I definitely recommend their Chicago style deep dish pizza. I had the smaller 10 inch which had about six nice sized slices. I also suggest the pick four option where you get your choice of four toppings. My four toppings were pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. It was as close to perfect as you can get outside of Chicago! Very delicious. Make your next move your best move & get you some thick, cheesey, delicious Rosati’s!!!!

Rosati’s is using doordash to deliver their orders through the Slice app. I did not consent to having this 3rd party know my name and address. When my pizza arrived, it was mangled. I called Rosati’s and they were rude and unprofessional and refused to give me a refund- only deliver me another pizza, which is another hour of waiting for a pizza that was already 40min late. When I told them about the mangled pizza, they said it’s not their fault, it’s doordash’s fault. Pizza sucks, arrived mangled, staff was rude and unprofessional. That’s my review.

Ordered food through door dash. Pizza arrived all smashed together to one side of the box. Order was over $100 dollars. Door Dash only offered $20 credit. Called the restaurant for remedy and the manager refused to do anything and would not put me in contact with the owner, so maybe the owner will see that he has lost long term customers that have ordered many times from them.

Really disappointed. I was excited there was a Rosati’s close by yet the pizza wasn’t cooked through and that’s not even the kicker. We got a Caesar salad and I bit into a METAL STAPLE. This could have broken a tooth, it could’ve been overlooked and swallowed and cut organs open on the way down and out. I emailed them and guys what they had to say about it? They just shrugged it off, didn’t even apologize. The store manager is clearly out of touch since the store has a measly 3.7 star rating on Google (which, you have to be pretty bad to get under a 4, let’s be real).

Staff was attentive and very polite. The Chicago style deep dish was amazing. Perfectly done crispy on the bottom veggies were crisp and sauce was delicious. It was the best pizza I have had in a very long time, and now I know where I am getting my next deep dish pizza. Can’t wait to try the other pizzas.

TERRIBLE service. I asked for TWO slices of pizza. One slice of veggie and one slice of cheese. He pointed to the slices and said he had none left and it would be 15-20min. We waited the whole time for TWO slices. Comes out with one slice of cheese and a WHOLE veggie pizza. Myself and the FIVE other people I was with witness me ask for slices and the guy just argued with us and wouldn’t give a refund. I have never been so upset and had such terrible service. Do NOT recommend this place. The pizza was MID.

My pizza was burnt and they refused to deliver a new one. They wanted me to bring the pizza back. I was denied to speak to the manager. The person on the phone hung up on me when I told him I would send him photos. Wasted $35 in the garbage. Will never do business with this place again.

Good pizza! Chicken Alfredo was okay, I didn’t like the chicken itself but the flavor of the Alfredo sauce was good. The tenders were okay too, they were just breaded tenders there was nothing outstanding about them. We went a couple minutes before they closed and the staff was still very friendly and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all.

I was given a $50 gift card from a friend because they know Rosatis is our pizza place, and eat it almost ever week. Well it was. 1st attempt at using the gift card and the cashier said “I don’t know how to do this” and when I asked for the manager “he’s not here” . I paid. This time the manager was there, thought he was slick by speaking Spanish to the cashier assuming I wouldn’t understand because I’m white. When I interrupted, making sure he knew I understand Spanish he switched to English and told me to drive to Franklin to use my gift card and then walked away. Whoever owns this place needs to come to work. We order almost every week and will not be back unless someone wants to rectify this.
