Very very slow service. I work across the street so I’ve given it a few tries and every time it’s been at least 20 minutes before my order was taken. This is when the place is empty, I don’t want to try on a busy night. After waiting for a very long time for my order the first time we waited 20 minutes for the waiter to get change for our bill. This last time the waiter spilled my drink on me. I wanted it to be good because it’s close and the food is actually pretty good but I can’t spend an hour and a half on lunch.

Very slow service. I ordered from an inn while on vacation. The delivery woman took an hour and ten minutes to deliver our food. The delivery woman claimed she did not have my phone number, yet I received a phone call from the front desk person at the inn claiming she was here and didn’t know who to deliver the pizza to/that I didn’t leave a number with Rosatis. Weird, considering the front desk person wouldn’t have my cell number, as I am staying with the family who reserved the inn. No way the inn would have it. She was just too lazy to call me. Then, she made rude comments upon arrival. Also, the garlic bread was cold and hard. Would not order from this location again.

didn’t even order from them, horrible customer service, got prices online, went to call it in (i didn’t want to make an account) and the lady was SO RUDE, gave me a completely different price, i told her what online prices where- she said they were wrong, asked how much a different size pizza would be it was $30!!! for a medium pizza! when i told her i wanted to cancel the order for now she got very rude huffed and told me fine and hung up on me. Im all for a good pizza, don’t get me wrong, but $30 for a medium pizza… thats outrageous. And lacking customer service just lost them a customer every coming in to try them out.

Ordered delivery to the hotel I was staying at and not only did one pizza take an hour and a half to deliver, but she put the pizza bag in a bad spot so I had to hold the bag while she gave the pizza to my friend that was holding her baby! Then made a rude and inappropriate comment to her!!!

I was really anticipating the opening of Rosati’s in Wausau, only to be sorely disappointed. Called to order a pizza for delivery, but they told me that the driver wont go 7.5 miles from the restaurant, however one of their competitors that is 7.4 miles away will. Oh well, I tried.

“This place is a gift wrapped turd. Way too expensive for garbage food that you can get better at Polito’s, and even Topper’s. Went in for their “lunch special” and noticed there was nothing special about it at all. Same pricing on the false advertisement outside that they have in the regular priced menu. Ordered a cheeseburger and it was damn near tasteless. The girl working there was too timid and awkward, and seemed like she didn’t even know how to do the job, getting my order wrong. There were flies EVERYWHERE. And, nobody I know likes it there. The only thing good about it was how nice it looked. Other than that, it is really not worth spending hard earned money here. Only drug dealers would find a place like this appealing. I mean, with all those televisions up in the place, you’d think they’d have a decent cook that knew how to make a decent burger. But, they don’t, unfortunately. Wish they built something much more worth it in that space, like a Kwik Trip.”
