My experience reflects on extremely poor management and customer service. If enough of your staff calls off at some point they need to make a decision on whether or not to open the dining room, and management should’ve been present.

I ordered a $13 beef sandwich with hot giardiniera to go. It’s supposed to come with fries. I got home and opened the bag and there were no fries. Also, no hot giardiniera on the sandwich. This is now the 3rd time this location has messed up my order. I won’t be going back

I am sitting in this Rosati’s as I write this. Kate Walsh, who claims to be the “Front House of Manager” walked up to my table and refused service due to not tipping when we always tip. There was a time we came into this establishment a month or so ago, when Kate Walsh served our table and brought me out a “build your own pasta” dish with mostaccioli with meatballs, mushrooms and alfredo sauce. When I received my meal, the pasta was rather “not hot”, the meatballs were hard as rocks. When I complained about it, I was told by Kate Walsh that meatballs never cooked right in alfredo sauce. I, of course called her out on this as I had this same meal at the same establishment a month or so prior. She proceeded to offer to new meatballs and a comp on my meal. She brought the new meatballs and they were somewhat edible. When she brought the check, I asked if the meal was comped like promised and was told she told half off. Service is horrible and I would definitely recommend a different establishment.

If it wasn’t for the waitresses and their great service this would be a 1 star from me. This location for food taste, was tasteless. We ordered 4 different kinds of pizza and there just wasn’t any flavor. One pizza was amazingly cheesy and then the other not so much and I couldn’t find the sauce, but this was this location. I’ve been to other locations and the taste was there. Morris has a good location.

Ate here with 4 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday night. We were worried about getting a table but between the indoor and outdoor seating it took only a few minutes to get a spot. We started off with wine and beer, from a small but good selection.
