Today was our first time at Rosati’s. Never heard of it before. Very very pleased. I read the negative reviews about new owners and thinner crust pizza which made us say “ohhhh we love thin crust, let’s go”. Had wings and a pizza. Loved both choices! The bartender (super personable young guy) waited on us promptly. He had a few other customers but greeted us within 5 seconds of walking in the door. Definitely will go back again.

I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. 1 hour and 30 minutes later the pizzas had not arrived. I called them and they said they had a problem with their ordering system and the pizzas had not been baked….much less delivered. They knew about the problem and had my order and they did not contact me. Terrible customer service.

So my experience went like this: paid 18.99 for a pepperoni calzone, price seemed to be a little high but was told that “its a really big calzone” and what did I get none other than a basic pepperoni calzone there was nothing big about it and I’m not exaggerating scale 1-10 id give it a 2 maybe 3 for taste. So bad that I won’t dine there again.

Was hungry. Wanted some of that crunch chicken at the gas station but they were closed. Drove across the street and walked in the take out. Sign says go to bar to order. Looked at the menu then went and sat at the bar. Bar tender at the time was attending customer then ask what can he get me. I ordered the Italian roast with hot peppers. It was fire AKA delicious. Hit the spot. My mind is relaxed and belly fed. Hard to find good Italian roast beef but his is up there. You could make it better by adding some sauce on the side cause I like to dip mine but it’s my fault for assuming they dipped the bread in the good juices. Found a new spot away from LUKES CHICAGO STYLE.

Ever since new owners took over the service, & mgmt is terrible. They don’t have enough staff & they need training. Waited on hold for 15 min to order. Then when I called back they said it would be 1 1/2 hrs for a pick-up. Ridiculous.
