I am very critical over my BBQ… THIS BRISKET WAS AMAZING. My husband had pulled pork, excellent as well! Smoked Mac was a nice choice for a side! Slaw, potato salad were the other choices, that were equally as good! Good job everyone was friendly and accommodating!

This is a great place in Mountain View to have some BBQ! Very delicious ribs and sides. I got a rack of ribs and they were very tender and had plenty of meat on the bones, unlike some other BBQ places. They were delicious! They have sweet & hot sauce. I tried them both and they were both great! For a little variety, mix them together. They give you the meat with no sauce, so you can add as much or as little as you want, or none at all. I had the potato salad and baked beans as sides. They were both delicious but, in my opinion, a little on the small side for the money, hence the 4 stars. I got 3 meals out of the ribs though, so they are worth the money!

We were driving by on 60 highway and craved BBQ. This was the first place that came up on Google. We called in an order for two brisket sandwiches to eat in the car. It was ready when we arrived, earlier than they promised.

The vibe is a very old school western bbq joint. Been several times now and it seems to get better every time.servixe is very fast and friendly staff. Have tired all the sides except the coleslaw but will the next time we go. They have 5 meats to choose from but our favorites have been the Brisket at #1 ribs at #2 and then pulled pork. They have both their spicy and regular bbq sauce at the tables but also have a amazing mustard based bbq sauce at the condiments station which is a must try if you go. They do also have several draft and bottled beverages.

So who else out there has went to Roscoe T’s Bar-B-Que here in mountain view, Missouri and gotten bad food? The portions are getting smaller and the prices getting higher. Well every restaurant worth their salt is going to listen to their customers and any customer with a back bone is going to speak up about the fact that they are doing this. A friend of mine today was yelled at by the owner of roscoes because he ordered some food and the turkey sandwich had one slice of turkey. Thinking it was a mistake he took the food back. The owner yelled and threw food and banned my friend from his restaurant. Mind you my friend is very polite actually overly polite. He is not the only one that has had to deal with the owners horrible attitude. Multiple people who have gotten food and had to take it back got the same treatment. You don’t treat your customers like this. Roscoe T’s Bar-B-Que need to realize that their customers is what keeps their lights on and start treating them with respect and kindness. I have noticed that if your not one of their buddies they treat you terribly. If you don’t drive a $50,000 or more vehicle they don’t give you any respect at all. The owner is very disrespectful and quiet honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s abusive as well considering how he treats people that pays his bills.

This is probably the best pulled pork I’ve had at any BBQ restaurant ever. It’s so hard to find pulled pork that’s not dry, and that was DEFINITELY not the case here. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it’s a HEAPING pile of pulled pork that’s so moist and tender that each bite brought pure joy.

Brisket nachos are really good; however, pulled pork sandwich was disgusting! Every bite is just fat and more fat and the bun is weird and too hard to even enjoy. I went to get a box for my nachos and mentioned my husbands food and the red headed fella immediately got an attitude and all defensive. Maybe I wasn’t the first to complain on this day. Also, the amount of fat is normal he says bc “well its bbq”. I’ll pass next time thanks!
