Rosco’s Pizza opened its doors November of 2010 in the Alaskan fishing community of Ninilchik. The idea was simply to create fantastic food in a fun, casually Alaskan atmosphere served with genuine hospitality at a price that keeps people coming back. We use top-shelf ingredients in our handcrafted pizzas, subs, burgers, desserts, and salads. Rosco’s is open for lunch and dinner year-round for dine-in or take out orders. Excellent food. Waiter was quite pleasant. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. I typically like tomatoe-based thick sauses. Their sause was vinegar-based. But went well with the ribs. Shrimp tempora was great, especially with the Chipotle cocktail sauce. Even the cole slaw was delicious, not too sweet. I devoured this meal like a bear fresh out of hibernation. I highly recommend this dish and this place.

Had the Surf and Turf Special, it was amazing, the wife had The Rosco Burger which was very very good as well… The other 2 in our party had Pizza and a Chef Salad both of which were amazing as well… I cannot recommend the establishment enough…. We will definitely make the drive from Kenai to frequent again and again!!!!
