First off came in the guy looked mad that he had people come in. Secondly the menu is fake. The pictures on there are not what you order. Someone else came in after us and the guy literally slammed the menus on the table. We tried ordering BBQ chicken he said don’t order that it’s gross its not what the pictures say. The “fried rice” is just white rice drenched in soy sauce. Long story short the food was garbage the customer service was the worst! Don’t come here and waste your money. And there ac don’t work so it was hot as balls.

I don’t agree with the last person. Food is great – especially for the price point. Also server / host isn’t rude – he’s direct. I think it’s cultural. The food and service are always excellent at Rose Garden. My wife and I have eaten in the restaurant several times and carried out a few times. We usually order their Family Meal B, which comes with soup, appetizers, and two entrees.

Should have known by stereotypes. Walked in, and only retired age white people were eating here. It’s not a good sign in my experience with Asian food. It was a solid five minutes waiting to be seated before anyone acknowledged us. Once seated, the service was fine. We ordered Orange Chicken, Lemon Chicken (always sauce on the side so the chicken stays crispy), Pork Fried Rice, along with Garlic Chicken Wings and Fried Shrimp for appetizers. All the food was overly greasy . Wings, Shrimp and Fried Rice were all mediocre/decent. The Orange sauce was nasty with zero resemblance to the flavor Orange, and the Lemon sauce only very slightly resembled Lemon flavor. Both dishes were basically just sugar sauce with food coloring on top of chicken. Unacceptable! It always amazes me that these places get good reviews. I am an Asian food conesuer. 95% of Chinese restaurants are not very good. The problem is I think the majority of Chinese restaurant goers have never actually had really good Chinese Food, so they just expect to get food like this and consider it “normal”.

Just left this place tonight & had a great time. It wasn’t very busy tonight, but appreciate them being open later. The customer service was good, we were seated immediately & there was a sense of urgency when he saw us. I love the combination meals, it gives you a chance to try other smaller menu items. The portion sizes were great & we enjoyed everything. Definitely coming back soon.

I ordered from this place through Uber Eats. It was amazingly disappointing. The Won Ton Soup lacked flavor. It didn’t take like any Won Ton Soup I’ve ever had. The won tons were clumpy. The Beef Egg Foo Young was mushy. The sauce was decent. The best part of the whole order were the vegetable egg rolls, which were free because I ordered over $20 food. Even then, the egg rolls were a bit soggy. I would not recommend this place.

Wish this would have been better. I was looking for a new Chinese food restaurant to make my regular place to go. Purchased 6 different plates sweet and shower, generals chicken, and a few other plates. Everything was soggy and slimy as if it had been sitting for a very long time. My shrimps were more tails than anything. The friend rice was bland and didn’t have any vegetables. The egg rolls were mushy and slimy. Sad and frankly disgusting. I really don’t like doing bad reviews. But you need to stay away. I will try again in a week or so to see if it was just a 1 time thing.

We ate here for the first time tonight. It was really good! The seating and interior for dine-in was a little odd. Seems like it’s more for take out. But the server was super nice and helpful and the food was really good. May stick to take out next time but we’ll definitely be back!

I really try to keep an open mind when it comes to food quality and taste, I try to support small businesses but this was by far the worst food I have ever paid for. I ordered for take out so I gave 2 stars vs 1 simply because food is never as good when taken to go as freshly served. I had lemon chicken which was a overly fried and thin chicken patty cut and doused in what tasted like canned lemon pie filling. The fried rice would not even classify as fried rice as it was white rice tossed in enough flavorless soy sauce to make it brown in color. The egg roll was filled with oil and extremely greasy with no flavor. I ordered 4 entrees for 4 people and we all tossed the food out and decided to make PB&j sandwiches instead. I wish I could say this may have just been an off night but I do not think that’s possible with the low quality this was.
