When you receive mozzarella sticks with no cheese, pizza that is old, and bread sticks you can’t bite into. You call the store and no resolution is provided after being told they were fixing it and delivering actual fresh food. I used to order here all the time and today did it for me. There was one female employee willing to help and even then she wasn’t heard. Thanks so much!

Pizza was good. I ordered a small pepperoni & cheese with extra sauce and paid $11 & some change. Crust was a lil thin which I love and thicker around the edge of the crust with a good taste. Don’t forget to add your garlic and parm around the crust like I did.

We ordered delivery as we usually do on April 28 2023. Our order was complete at 6:15 pm. We have never had any issues in the past. They said 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min. We called after 1 hour 30 min to be told it was on its way. After 2 hours we called and inquired how much longer, to be told it’s on its way. After 2 and a half hours called back and asked how much longer, then when put on with the assistant manager was told it’s on the way and when asking additional questions got hung up on. We like their pizza and service normally and order often. This is surprising and very unprosional. After calling back the 6th time finally talked to the manager who explained things and apologized. Great pizza and service normally but we finally received our pizza 3 hours after the order. Was not fresh and would have chosen a different dinner for my family knowing it was 3 hours out. Will try one more time but was very very disappointed.

I ordered over the phone and it took about 30 minutes to get it ready. Pizza was good and at great price. I was also impressed by the reviews they’ve got. Unfortunately, I was little disappointed by the chicken wings as they were too salty. Perhaps salt was added twice. Wings were crispy otherwise. I will give them another try and post again if my thoughts changes for them.

Rosie D’s is a long standing family owned pizzeria, yes it’s changed owners, but it’s still better quality than little caesars or dominos or any big chain that mass produces pizza. The grande cheese is the same that jetz uses, so for the price it’s great. You have to remember when you go to Rosie’s there’s only that one, no other store supports them, so if that means that it takes longer, your getting the quality from the same worker on the same day every week, Few workers means more quality, but more time.
