We were convinced our waiter forgot about us on two separate occasions. The condiments on the table were all supposed to be refrigerated after opening. The food was worth about half what we paid for it in quality, flavor, and service time. The only bright point of our much regretted visit was that the sodas were refilled quickly by the auxiliary staff, although the water refills were room temperature and almost undrinkable. They also won’t split a check, even to accept multiple payment methods such as half cash and the rest on a card. We will not return, ever.

Went here for breakfast and it was the most bland food I’ve ever tasted. The waiter was a young man with zero social skills. He never once asked us if we wanted a refill or even came to the table after delivering the food. The worst part was charging 2.50 for a small cup of coffee and not offering cream or sugar. At least offer the refill. The burrito was 13 dollars and I have had gas station burritos for 2 dollars that tasted better. Waste of money. 31 dollars for a breakfast that you can go to any McDonald’s and spend 7 and have way better quality and customer service.

Our party waited for a while but with covid stuff, its a bit expected, so we were fine with that. Our waitress was friendly and got our drinks and took orders promptly. I ordered the bison burger, and I liked it just fine, but it was not worth the 19 dollars I paid for it. It wasn’t very flavorful, but I was hungry and it was palatable. Id give it a 5 out of 10 on taste, and 7 out of 10 on size. Unlike other reviews, I was lucky enough to have a decently-sized patty (others seem to have gotten really small burgers, which was fortunately not my experience). My mother-in-law got the Primavera and did not like it. It had massive chunks of bell pepper and that was all she could taste, and the sauce was incredibly watery- so much so that she had to eat it practically like soup. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law got the pork chop, which comes with a side of veggies. We all laughed because his “side of veggies ” was ONE bite-sized broccoli floret and one small asparagus spear, and his meal was 24 or 25 dollars. It felt pretty chintzy. Our total bill for our party was around 350 for what I’d argue was a 125-150 dollar experience. It was also awkward because we arrived there at 7:30, were seated around 8, and they were closing at 9. We had ordered and were waiting and watched them turn away multiple people who were coming in between 8 and 8:30. Thats their right as a business, obviously, but it surprised us that SO MANY were being turned away, and I imagine most business owners would adjust their hours to make that extra money or to better serve the customers that clearly are willing to support their business. I think around 30+ people were turned away since they were within an hour of closing time. We paid and left and the staff was friendly, but it was overall a lackluster experience. I think they count on the fact that there are very few options and their patronage is made up of hungry tourists that they only need to get in once, so they don’t need to worry about return customers the way restaurants in most areas do. We walked through the pizza place next door and it smelled and looked phenomenal, so we will go there next time.

Price gouging tourist prices of course… the food was mediocre at best. For what we ordered I could make taste fantastic in my own kitchen. The ribs were like jerky and apparently they don’t know how to make good pasta primavera and the chicken Alfredo gross my daughter threw it away! $90! Seriously?! Never again.

Ok place. The menu prices are way too high. $19 for spaghetti and meatballs! Are you kidding? But their special was steak with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a salad, also for $19. The steak was really good. Unfortunately the salads had some really wilted lettuce. When asked, they replaced the salad, but they should never come out of the kitchen that way. The place was nearly empty because it was after 9pm so the service was really good.

There was only one guy who was seating people, taking orders and running out food. He was running around like crazy trying to keep up. We waited awhile for our food. The grilled chicken sandwich was good, after I asked for a new bun that wasn’t burnt and for more pesto (there was about 1/4 tsp on the sandwich…). My daughter waited about 30 min for her mac and cheese, which turned out to be Kraft mac and cheese from the box. We were also disappointed that the pizza side of the restaurant was closed. Expensive food for what it was.

Overall this is a restaurant with an identity crisis. No baby changing table in the restrooms either with absolutely no counter space to change your kids diapers. This isn’t welcoming after being hungry travelers through Yellowstone with a young family.

Service was slow at first. Prices are very very high. I got the bison burger and it was good. Patty very thin. Also got a kids spaghetti and the noodles were very bland and had almost no sauce on it. We also ordered a 14oz ribeye medium rare. It came out very rare. It was seared on the out side only. We asked for it to be cooked some more and 10 minutes later it came out burnt on the out side and still just as rare on the inside. It said it comes with asparagus and broccoli. It came with one asparagus and two very cold broccoli. This place is a complete joke. DO NOT GO HERE
