“Who’s Rosie?”
That’s usually the first question people ask us. It’s often followed by: “Why is her food so gosh-darned good?”
The first question is easy to answer. Rosie was the grandmother of Debbi Bourgerie, who owns Rosie’s with her husband, Michael. The restaurant is named in her honor.
That second question is a little more complicated.
Maybe it’s because we make just about everything—our baked goods, breads, dressings, soups—from scratch. Or maybe it runs in the family. Debbi’s dad was a successful St. Louis restaurateur, and many of her crowd-pleasing recipes go back generations.
Whatever it is, it works. When the first Rosie’s Place opened in Noblesville in 2010, it was an instant hit among locals. Even non-locals began making

Great services with great food. The Pork Tenderloin Benny is a BIG portion, definitely can be considered as a luxury version of Pork Biscuit and Gravy. Pork is tender comes with the porches eggs on the top. Worthy visiting.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Our waitress was great! Always made sure we were taken care of, was smiling and happy and it made the experience feel very homey. The gooey coffee was on the bitter side but I knew that going in. It came with a mini butter cookie that I devoured. I got the biscuits and gravy which was just ok. Not the greatest but not the worst. I got one of the banana bread pancake and a cinnamon brown sugar pancake. They were awesome! A little too many walnuts in the cinnamon pancake for my liking. I wish I could’ve known because I loved the pancake on its own better than with the nuts. But both were delicious and I definitely want to go back!

Stopped by for a quick brunch, staff was friendly and place was swamped with staff and foodies. Wasn’t too big of a fan of my tacos because I thought they were more burritos than tacos but I still cleaned the plate. The fruit bowl was fresher than me and man that says alot! Orange juice with slight pulp, water with small ice bits! Can’t go wrong and I look forward to my next visit!

A few month ago Rosie’s had these Belgian pancakes that were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Today I had some bacon (done just about perfectly) and pancakes, both of which were amazing.

We put our name on a list and the wait was 20min after we arrived after 10min we still had to wait 20 more. I say if your system does not work don’t use it. The food was not good for the price. I got my order of 2 eggs and bacon were very cold. I told our server and 10 later I got 2 eggs and they where not done. I feel management do not know how to run this restaurant they are running on names only and they way they used to have good food. If it’s my choice I would not come back to this place again. I know we had good food and service in the other location

The hype for Rosies doesn’t live up! Primarily cause of the food. Don’t get me wrong the ambience, service and location were so hep and happening. But the moment we got the food (party of 2) it was confusion. The ciabatta was as huge as the size of a burger! No one, atleast not us likes to start our day with mouthfuls of food. The eggs were super runny when we asked for well done. The quiche was a mess, was a confusing fusion of pizza and veggies but no sign of any egg in it. And then came the gooey butter cookies. I saved some place to just have the much hyped cookies and coffee. And my!!! the sweetness and softness just overpowered my taste. It wasn’t for me. Maybe it was just the day, but we had such high hopes with Rosies! Lots to just comprehend as good experience!

We went on a Saturday morning around 10 and got right in. The food was delicious, priced perfectly, and enough to take home for a second meal! Our waitress was great and they absolutely know what they are going by having all of those baked goods right at the check out!
