I’ve been having the special since I was a child and now as an adult I am buying the special for my little family on the weekends. This barbacoa has always been absolutely delicious and NEVER a miss. Yes, it may run out sometimes and if there is a sign saying they’re sold out- why walk in and ask? There’s times we’ve seen the sign and turned back around. If you’re looking for the best barbacoa in town or the surrounding areas always look for a Rosas!!!

Walked in at 1015am, since they close at 1230pm on Sunday, and they already ran out of barbacoa. Guy was rude by saying “that’s why we have a sign out”. Referring to a sign that says SOLD OUT. Very unprofessional.

To be honest it was the first time I bought food there. And it was absolutely worth it down to the salsa and the corn tortillas. I’m Mexican and the barbacoa reminds me of when I bought barbacoa in Mexico..i honestly recommend coming to this amazing place to eat traditional barbacoa. ❤️

(ROSITAS SPECIAL) ITS EVERYTHING U NEED…. 1 lb bbq, tortillas, 2 liter BIG RED, SALSA, OHH AND DID I MENTION BIG RED.. IT IS VERY VERY VERY GOOD.. NOT TOO MUCH FAT, NOT TOO DRY, ITS REAL JUICY SO GOOD I GET IT EVERY WEEKEND.(NOT LIEING ) Plus they also have tamales, chicharones home made, and even if u jst want tacos on the go. Best place ever POUND for POUND.
