The pizza actually wasn’t bad. I got the signature pizza, which was tasty, but the problem is that there were several pieces of cooked onion skin incorporated into the toppings. The quality control clearly isn’t there.

My family enjoyed their meals. I had the Chicken alarm Calzone and, unfortunately, the chicken parm component was cold-ish, while the bread and cheese of the calzone was hot; which means they added the chicken from a holding bin, as in other pizza toppings- counting on the oven to heat the chicken – which it did not.

We’ve ordered from here probably ~10 times (always delivery) and most of our experiences have been good. IMO the pizza is mildly overpriced but it’s always been good and the delivery on time. However, recently we had an issue that will deter me from ordering from here again. They delivered our pizza 15-20 minutes late which honestly wasn’t a big deal, but the problem was that it was completely cold. We tried multiple times to get a full refund since we spent over $30 for a cold pizza (we would’ve been happy with a gift card to the restaurant too) and the restaurant would only give us a 50% refund after lots of back and forth. It’s just frustrating since we’re repeat customers and a cold pizza is simply not worth over $30. If you’re going to try this place out, I would recommend dining in to avoid this issue.

I ordered the ravioli via doordash. Absolute ripoff. They’re seriously charging 12.99 for a portion of the same frozen mass produced ravioli you can buy a whole bag of at Market basket for like 2 or 3 dollars. The sauce had decent flavor but was both watery and too oily, had a shiny film of it on top. Overall incredibly disappointing and made me lose a lot of respect for them as business people. I understand if they don’t have the time or kitchen space to make fresh ravioli themselves, but they don’t have to price gouge the cheapest stuff possible, fresh refrigerated ravioli exists and isn’t THAT expensive, with all the money they save cheating suburbanites who don’t know better I’m sure they can afford something better than the cheapest stuff possible. Sad because I love their pizza. On top of that doordash won’t compensate me.

It was a bit dead when I was there. I got a calzone it was gorgeous and massive. The leftovers fed two of us the next day. Delicious.

Ordered a marguerita pizza and when my husband went to pick up, there was NO basil on pizza. He went back inside and asked kindly if they could put some basil since it was missing, the girl on the counter said the basil was under the cheese. When I started eating the pizza I noticed there was NO basil! Very disappointed! How can they serve a marguerita pizza with no basil????

I ordered Chicken marsala from this location. It had no flavor and looks like Brown water with Pasta and nasty chicken. I called asking for my money back. I got told that they could give me a store credit. Why would I ever go back if this was horrible. Give people their money back. If you can’t cook correctly Italian Food, don’t make it at all. If I could give them half a star or less I would. I’ll never let anyone I love go there.

Rossini’s has been struggling with consistency for some time now. One pie will have a base that is soupy, swimming in olive oil and raw in the middle, next time it’s dry, crunchy and like cardboard.

They got rid of breakfast. Saturday mornings… And now. After 10 years with returning here. There pizza still looks like a 5 yr old made it. Pepperoni needs to me cooked fully. Not placed on the pizza and thrown in oven for 1-3 mins…. why. Its greaser. Omfg this pizza is greaser. Then Dominoes pizza. Holy sh1t. Dominos is still better then most of the pizza joints in sudbury. Why…. unknown. Price for 2 slices and a soda. You can get a small pizza across the street. Maybe they need to changer there name. To the Wine Cellar. Because thats all you see. When in restaurant. LOL.
