Absolutely incredible, flavorful, fresh food. If you want authentic Italian food, this is it. I got the Chicken Marsala with the house salad, and both were fantastic. Great selection of wines. Awesome, fast service.

Rossi’s Italian Eatery is a gem you don’t want to miss if you love delicious Italian food and terrific service. The food is exactly what we were looking for to satisfy our desire for the homemade taste of Italian. The owner and his staff greet you with a gracious smile and friendly welcoming. This is the perfect quaint place to enjoy that rich taste of Italian food in an atmosphere that welcomes everyone. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great meal and delicious drinks tonight at Rossi’s. The staff, Mary and Jojo, were wonderful. Jojo made me a most delicious Sangria! The lasagna dish was very generous portion and amazing. This was a great meal, much better than Del Frisco’s last week.

This is a brand new restaurant, in the location of a previous Italian restaurant called Mama’s. The place is all new inside, clean and modern but with some nice authentic touches. The staff was absolutely top notch in terms of friendliness and service. In fact, it was like the kind of service you used to expect in restaurants but has disappeared in most these days. We had the mussels, which were good. We also had the Caeser salad, which was very good. The dressing was perfect and lightly applied–not overwhelming like some places choose. The meatballs were also very good, with just a hint of spiciness. We also had the chicken parmesan, and that was great! The sauce was bright and fresh, just like in Italy, and the accompanying spaghetti was perfectly cooked. The pinot noir was also nice and well balanced, similar to an Italian house wine. They have only been open six days at this point, but they are already on their game. We drove 39 miles to visit there tonight on the suggestion of a neighbor and don’t regret it at all. They are going to be adding pizza to the menu in just a few days, as their pizza ovens just arrived, so I will certainly go back to try that. Please, give them a try!

Came here with my partner on a Thursday night. We loved the food, it’s been a couple of weeks and we’re still bringing up how good our meals were. The chicken Alfredo was amazing and the tiramisu might have been the best I’ve ever had. We loved this place and we’ll be coming back soon ^-^

I enjoyed a birthday dinner with my friend, the food was absolutely wonderful, huge portions, the tiramisu and lemon cake were to die for. All of the staff was inviting and hospitable, except our waitress. She was slow to respond and charged us for drinks we didn’t order. I will return, but definitely ask for a different waitress, if I see the one we had last night coming.

Family owned restaurant that has been in this location for 8 years, but has been serving Denver Italian food for decades.

The food was excellent as was the service. Delicious homemade pasta, sauce, meatballs. Sausage was also good, nicely cut in slices on the pastas. Generous servings. Very friendly staff. Nice local eatery. Nice decor, and the restrooms were exceptionally beautiful and well-appointed! We were there for lunch. I had ravioli with 2 meatballs, and my companions had the gnocchi with sausage, and the “Old Fashions” with sausage (with thick cut handmade spaghetti noodles and red sauce). We also shared a couple servings of tiramisu for dessert – a good portion, not too large, with a nice espresso flavor. We plan to come back for dinner when their entire menu is available.
