It’s the first time we ordered food from Rossi’s Pizza and we weren’t disappointed. We had a Deep Dish Meat Lovers Pizza delivered to us in a timely manner. It was hot, very flavorful, and was probably the best pizza I’ve ever had tasted. The crust and dough done just right and the sauce was superb. I’d definitely recommend trying the pizza.

The kid who took the order messed up. He was to busy on his cellphone. Instead of bring the food to the table it sat on the counter for 15 minutes until we went up to find out where our food was. The manager heard us being upset. She took the food back and said she would remake it. We ordered a cheese steak hoagie. All they did was take the steak off heated it and buried it the lettuce and tomato. The French fries was warm not hot and the sandwich was only warm. Out of about 6 tables 3 were dirty and so was the floor. I guess they don’t wipe down their tables. We give this place a big 0. We won’t return.

How can a pizza place be this bad?! It’s sad because the food is good. But every time we order there’s an issue. And if you call to say there’s an issue you get attitude and told there’s no manager. I ordered food over an hour ago. I said it was delivery. Paid over the phone. And gave a tip for the delivery driver. After an hour I called to see where the food was. I was told it was put in as a pick up. I said we didn’t want hour plus old food and we would like it remade. I was given attitude. And I was very polite. My husband calls back to ask to speak to a manger. Not about the mix up but about how I was treated. He was told there is no manager there. So he asked who was in charge while the manager was gone. The person had no idea. He was told to “call back in 20 mins” because that’s when the manger comes back. I’m tired of giving this place chances. Every other time we call they either mess up the delivery or mess up our order. I just looked at other reviews and they all say the same thing! Yet nothing is being done. Listen to the bad reviews and go to a different pizza shop.

I stopped in for a chicken finger platter to go. I was in and out however I didn’t mind waiting as they have a big TV right in front of the cash register. Great chicken fingers definitely hand made not those frozen flat fingers that everyone sells.

Very poor experience with delivery. Not only was the food 40 minutes late, lackluster would be a kind description of the taste. There is no flavor to the marinera sauce in the chicken parm nor the angel hair pasta. Also, the angel hair had almost no sauce at all. It was almost like a bowl of plain pasta. The Alfredo is also extremely watering as If the pasta was never drained when added. Overall horrible experience. Should have trusted the bad reviews. Most definitely, I will not be trying again; what an embarrassment of an establishment.

Garlic knots were FULL of oil and felt raw because of that. The pizza crust on all three was limp and undercooked. One pizza arrived folded in half in the box. The flavor wasn’t bad, but not good enough to order again. What happened Rossi’s? You used to be top notch. Below is a picture of a garlic knot. The dark part isn’t shadow….it’s oil.

Heed my warning. 1st time ordering from this restaurant. Huge mistake. Food arrived via delivery with food not packaged well. Open and exposed. Food just gross. Stuffed shells in water and garlic knots inedible. Have not even bothered to look at italian hoagie. Im afraid.

I ordered delivery because I got their menu in my mailbox. My order total was $45.00. I paid $55.00 in cash to cover his tip. He said “do you understand that I just drove 8.5 miles to get here.” Is my tip supposed to be $100.00? Crazy. The food was awful as well. I will never order from this place again
