WOW!! First time here, drive 45 minutes, and it was soooo worth it. By far the best vodka sauce I have ever had. both my wife and I had pasta, two different kinds, and we both agreed, best pasta meals we have had. We made last minute reservations, and they were able to squeeze us in at the bar, which was greatly appreciated. Will defiantly be back again! Thanks for the excellent evening!

Best fine Italian food not only in Branford but maybe all of Connecticut. Regular menu and special never disappoint. Parking is a little rough, but they offer valet services during peak times. It’s also not easy on the wallet, but it’s so worth it every time.

Great night! We got there early and went straight to the bar for drinks. It’s a small bar but 4 seats were calling our name. The bartender made a “special “ drink that was outstanding. We were seated right on time and takes care of immediately. Everything , appetizers, dinner, and dessert was delicious. Highly recommend.

A restaurant that really knows how to take care of its guests. We were high maintenance today after a disaster at Shell and Bones in New Haven the night before. The small, energetic atmosphere contributed to an amazing experience. HUGE portions of masterfully prepared dishes made this place instantly memorable. The staff was attentive despite running all over the pushed dining space. I would recommend it to most people. Parking is almost non-existent and reservations are recommended.

We needed a place to celebrate our Dad’s 90th and had family coming from Boston, California, RI, NY and Westport and chose Rosso Vino. The food was amazing, the service friendly and efficient, and the location was perfect. The owner Joe was super accommodating to our large party. We walked to the beach after. This is the best restaurant in Branford. The food is incredible. My entire friend group raves about the bolognese dish. We basically dream about the amazing food here. Call a few days ahead to ensure you have a table reserved for an amazing dining experience. Not only is the food spectacular but the ambiance and service is fabulous. The ocean air is so lovely and my favorite server is Jasmine. She is so friendly and accommodating! Every person there is a delight to interact with and offers thoughtful attention and kindness to their patrons. I can’t wait to go back ASAP!
