Metal in my food! Outright dangerous to find two pieces of metal in my dish that if went unseen could have caused me and my family serious harm. When you order food you are putting your trust in the establishment to prepare and deliver your food in a manner that is safe. Rossville Pizza violated that trust. I have been a customer of Rossville Pizza for years, but I cannot continue to order from a place that does not practice food safety practices.

I have been ordering from Rossville Pizza for years(15+), at least once a week and normally I would give 4+starts BUT last night……I was VERY disappointed! Their Chicken Alfredo pan pie is extraordinary at ALL times – not LAST NIGHT! Normally, the pie is soaked in Alfredo sauce from crust to tip, and Spinach covers the entire pie. So creamy and amazing but last night, the spinach was shredded and empty, alfredo sauce only on the center of the pie and chicken was not proportioned at all! Also, asked girl if a pepperoni + sausage pan pie could be made – she said, “NO”. Instead got pep and sausage pie, meanwhile – I just looked at the menu and there is a Special Pan pizza – which has sausage and pepperoni – why cant that be made without mushrooms, meatballs and onions????? To top it all off, – IT WAS COLD! Waited at least 45 minutes, when was told 30min BUT then had to heat it in the oven for another 10-15min! I forgot to mention the chicken alfredo pan was still raw – dough still slightly translucent! For $62 dollars, $4 tip included – which I have no issues spending! TRULY DISSAPOINTED IN ALL – THIS TIME AROUND – hopefully this is a one time thing!

I ordered eggplant w/ penne and they sent pasta used for ziti and 2 crumbs of eggplant, some how that’s $12. They took 40 min to deliver meanwhile I’m around the block. I called back to tell them the order was wrong and there’s almost no eggplant, they offered a credit for another day as an option (the nerve of these people). Way better spots in Staten Island for a better price, the fact you call this a pizzeria is a joke.

I’ve been going to Rossville Pizza since they opened 20+ years ago. They have pretty good pizza. Nice, friendly Albanian owned family business with long time employees. I would recommend it if you’re in the area.

We ate at Rossville pizza from the time they opened on Bloomingdale Rd to approx 2002 because we moved. At that time the pizza was delicious, the chicken dishes I ordered were delicious, the penne vodka was yummy, the garlic and cheese garlic bread was tasty. Our family and friends were happy with what they ordered.
