Rotelli always has the freshest food with so many options. Pizza is great (I love their crust and the plethora of topping options), especially on Tuesday for their takeout special. Pasta’s taste great, lunch specials are perfectly portioned, salads are huge and fresh- we have been coming here for years and the quality is always on point. The staff and owners are super friendly and always treat you like family. They also offer unique Brazilian menu items that are a nice addition to the traditional Italian food options.

A couple of friends and myself went there for dinner. The person who I assume was the hostess seemed like she didn’t understand what we were telling her, it seemed like a language barrier. She didn’t understand us and us her. If you’re going to have a hostess she should be able to converse with patrons. We were in a hurry to get to a show which is not a fault on them but ourselves but the non comunication with the hostess didn’t help. Not having enough time we ended up taking our food to go. Even eating it later it was a good meal. Our biggest problem was that a table of kids celebrating a birthday and the group was extremely loud and disruptive to the other patrons including ourselves. We asked our waitress why they were not doing anything about it and told her that the manager should get them to leave. We also asked who the manager was and she stated that she was a assistant manager. Then we asked her if she was going to do anything about it. She just smiled and shrugged her shoulders looking like she was not going to do anything or get the manager involved. Good food but very poor in customer service.
