We had the pleasure of working with Mr Khalil and Mr Shabbir for a family reunion in Connecticut. The food and service was outstanding. We had something different catered from them each day and everything was really good. The buffet at the restaurant location was excellent too. It has been a great experience working with Roti Boti and I recommend them highly for Pakistani/Indian food. They are very courteous and accommodating and service is top notch.

$60 meal and was terrible I’ve ordered tikka masala from multiple Indian restaurants it was always thick and creamy full of flavor, this tikka is literally just grease no rice came wit the meal and the garlic naan was flavorless I don’t recommend this place

This has to be one of the worst customer service, food was disgusting and the environment was absolutely atrocious. Plus at the end of my meal I was scammed for $10. When I ordered I payed $30 for my chicken kebabs and I payed as 1 for $3. on the menu it was 1 for 2$. And this is not the first time. I’ve warned them many times to change there menu and they even gave an excuse that there menu was outdated.

Worst food ever. Ordered Chicken tikka (one tasteless, flavor less leg piece), biryani (deserves the award for the the worst in CT). Called the manager to address this but all I got was “No one complained except you.” Worst customer service, do yourself a favor by save your money and eat somewhere else or cooking at your own home would be better. Had to throw away everything since my dog wouldn’t even eat the chicken tikka.

Super rude people super rude customer service. Be going there for years. Khalil uncle has completely forgotten about his business. They dont care what people think about them. I have told them many time not to cut the naans but every time its our struggle that we always get naan cut in half. Told them nicely once and twice. Person over the phone told me go head call the owner and complain about us. I am really disappointed with roti boti restaurant and i do even know they dont care. My order always above 150 or more but still. I wish i could give them 0 star but
