I wanted so badly to give them a good rating. But my order was delayed and then once I received it, I didn’t have any utensils. None of the stuff I asked for was on the side (sauces), so basically it was just a big build my own bowl that someone decided to pour all three sauces on top of. It was a mess and I couldn’t eat it. I’m really sad too because I waiting for over an hour and I specifically asked for a fork because where I am, there are no utensils and there are no stores nearby. Thank you roti for making my night! But not in a good way

I’m generally a fan of “build-your-own-bowl” style restaurants, but I was a bit late to the party with Roti. This was actually my very first time eating at one, but it didn’t disappoint. Since it was my first time there, I decided to pick something off the menu and wound up going with “Fire and Rice,” their signature steak bowl. The steak is served with rice (duh), carrot salad, cucumbers, onions, and tahini. Like the name suggests, the steak had some heat to it, but I found it to be more of a sweet heat, which was long-lasting and enjoyable. The dill cucumbers and pickled onions provided an interesting sour to contrast with the sweetness of the meat.

Ordered catering and got top remarks for the falafel! I also thought the pita was excellent and hummus was good. Picked up from Chevy chase location – very nice and clean atmosphere.

Staff said all of 2 words to me while I was ordering. I work in the service industry, I don’t need service with a perfect smile, but responding when I ask a question is pretty bare minimum. Food was alright.

I ordered the fire & rice bowl. They must have given me a kids portion because the bowl was literally only half filled. Competing restaurants will give nearly twice as much food for the same price. Not impressed and will not return.

I typically love Roti. Had an extremely busy day at work and decided to order from this location for the first time. The bowl had a spoiled smell to it. I don’t know if it was the rice, vegetables, or meat but the moment you opened it up you could smell something was off. I ended up throwing it out and buying something else to eat… complete waste of time and money.

So happy to have discovered Roti! Food is excellent and super healthy. And, best of all, the customer service is extraordinary!! The young woman who helped my friend & me encouraged us to take our time and look at the offerings. And she offered a sample of the harissa chicken when I asked if it was spicy. Very nice touch. I will be back

Food is decent. Pita is better at Mezeh. Cava and Mezeh have more topping options, but service here is much better than Mezeh.

This was my first time eating here ever. I got the chickpeas in a blanket. I’ve never had a pita mixed the way it was. This is freaking genius. The flavor profile is incredible throughout.

Flavor wise it was okay but the concept of mushing the food to fit the pita is odd to me. It feels like someone chewed my food and put it between bread. Wouldn’t try again. The customer service in this location was up to par, we arrive half an hour before closing and they were extremely nice.
