Ordered my food online and was told it will take 25 minutes. Cool, I was already in the area so went in the restaurant to wait. I told this lady in the front I have an online order. Then the lady said “yeah you just placed that order”. I know I just placed that order but I’m just letting you know that I’m here when it’s ready. 25 minutes passes by and it wasn’t ready. The restaurant was busy I get it. 10 minutes later she says the kitchen is behind on orders. It took them 47 minutes to “finish” my order and handed it to me and my order was cold

I called in my order. We ordered chicken parm and shrimp alfredo. When I got home to enjoy my food, it was not what I had ordered, but I decided to eat it because they were already closed. This chicken alfredo tastes just like canned chicken. I kept wondering what all these little pieces of mystery in it was, pretty sure it is canned chicken because the whole meal tastes like it. I am not even eating it… will just go to bed hungry. And $15 might I add. I love their pizza, but a miss with any pasta for sure.

Set Google Maps to use shortest route as best roads sends you a long way to get there. Sports bar atmosphere very busy the night I picked up spaghetti and meatballs with a salad for my wife. She liked spaghetti and meatballs very much but not the salad. I found the salad quite tasty with the unidentified dressing sent with it. Price was reasonable. Service was good but place does not appear to be well prepared for pickup of call in orders. Worth repeating.

Rotolo’s Craft & Crust has a very inviting and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The calamari to start with was spectacular, and the truffle burger was amazing, but the star of the evening was definitely the deep dish, it was next level. The only down side was that our waitress disappeared a lot and didn’t keep our drinks filled.

It should never take 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Worst experience at a restaurant. The food tasted fine once we got it. They weren’t even busy. But they kept using the excuse the kitchen was so far behind. Why?!?! While we were there we saw a couple of people get up and walk out due to the time wait.

I have so much hope for this place, because I love pizza with the combination of a nice outdoor seating section. However, there is a cleanliness problem, and I’m leaving this review in hopes it is taken constructively, because I want to go back. When I have visited, the floors have felt slippery and greasy, and there was a subtle rancid smell in the air. I suspect this has something to do with the floor cleaning procedures. Are they using the same mop for the kitchen and dining room? I’m sure it is not easy to keep a place clean, especially when it comes to serving up pizza which is inherently greasy. But, the cost and expectation is such that we should be able to expect the hard work to be done.

We ordered an appetizer which did not come out until our food. Came out and it was over cooked. I ordered the Popeye slice of pizza and it was way over cooked. I ordered a side Greek salad and they sent out a full, which I did not eat. All of the waitresses looked very unhappy and very were very unorganized. Their demeanor is not good. Very poor service.

I give it 4 stars for the experience offered here in this small town. 3 if I was back in San Antonio. Decided to see what “calzone Wednesday” was about so I brought my daughter along. Food was good and I was about to leave my waitress a tip but my drink had a film of I don’t know what that left white chunks of reside floating in my cup and on my straw. Kind of killed the calamari before I thought about leaving my review. The waitress was very polite, apologized and brought me another drink Togo by the way. I couldn’t leave that part out, wouldn’t be fair.

Good vibe in this place – for a minute didn’t feel like we were in Alexandria… Have dined in and done take-out – good food, not a contender against Chicago deep dish, but good overall. Great outdoor patio area. The deep dish is enough for 2-3 easy. Bread sticks were OK – marinara sauce has a unique taste (in a good way) – a hint of sweet. Calzone was a little light on contents but filling. Lots of options on the menu.
