Slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a dead restaurant. Waited over an hour for two pizzas and half a sandwich. Had to ask three times for a water and beer refill as well as walking to the bar and ordering drinks because we never got them. We ordered two apps only received one, ordered an 18 inch pizza and got the smallest one they offer after getting a calzone and telling them that was wrong but after being here for two hours we just accepted it and took it to go. We all had to eat at separate times and the service was just overall pretty bad we used to love this place but this definitely ruined the experience.

First, always check your order before you leave! We live too far away to have dispute our order and we ended up eatting what we got due to our commute and very hungry children. 1st we order cinnabites that suppose to come with icecream but instead we were given a cup of whip cream and there was no vanilla syrup either. Second we ordered a kids chicken alfredo which had no chicken and seem to be topped with cheddar cheese. Our kid did not like and we could have made her macaroni for cheaper. The ceaser salad we ordered was okay at best. The coutons were stale but the salad and dressing was good. We ordered a small Italian pizza which was overall very good. Just check your order before you leave. Unfortunately, our family runs by a “one major screw up and done” policy. We just drive to far to risk it again and we also have young picky eaters. We feel like we wasted our money but we did eat what we had so I guess it did not truly go to waste.

Me and family wanted a nice meal for dinner. We made a mobile order at 5:06 and to picked up at 6:40. We got there at 6:40 on the dot and waited for 1HOUR AND A HALF!! We ended up switching place with my brother and his wife. So now they are waiting for the food if its ever going to come. We should have gone with Subway.

Excellent food and atmosphere! I have the chalmette cheese sticks ( which is actually like a thin crust pizza! Super yummy. Jake was our server and he was very helpful and I ew the menu. The bacon Mac and cheese was perfect and comes with 4 parmesan garlic knots. My husband got the whole muffaletta which was huge! Don’t judge the wings by the picture because they were too die for! Just excellent!

Delicious pizza, you won’t feel sluggish after that, because it’s not overly greasy, like other chain restaurants products. We were dining in. Among other things, I’ve ordered Bourbon Bushwhacker. They didn’t have milk at that time, but the waiter told they will make it anyway, if I wait extra couple of minutes, while someone from their team will grab milk from the supermarket across the street. This was amazing. I am not Karen and would not make scene if they told me”no, sorry”, and just ordered something else. But the staff at Rotolo’s is really easy going. My husband also couldn’t decide what to order- Original cheese sticks or special. He asked our waiter of he could do both, like”half and half”? Waiter said: “Absolutely”. And few minutes later he brought us one plate of cheese sticks:half of the original, half of the special ones. They all were delicious.

When you first get there it doesn’t look like it is anything The curb appeal because it’s on a row of businesses and different kinds of shops you wouldn’t think it was anything first off but there was a 20 minute wait but it was like you in and out in and out we walked to the end of the line of different shops and we got all the way to the end and by the time we got to the end and we sat down cuz it was late and nothing was open at the end they called my mother and said we’re ready for you that’s first off and they told us it was a 32 or 45 minute wait it was less than the time we walked that far second off you walk into this place it’s beautiful in my eyes rustic atmosphere great even though there was not a seat in the whole entire place for a customer and you could hear people talking and there were children just laughing people laughing talking cheers it was not a place I would normally go to because I don’t like to be in crowds more than three and there was not a seat to sit in It was wonderful secondly food untouchable in the standard of cooking their food It was very yummy secondly they come to your table and make you this homemade guacamole sauce and a few other things recommend seriously eat that please if you can eat it and that wasn’t even our waitress that did it anyways food come out very quickly very hot very yummy and bar none we probably spent darn near $300 and there was only five of us recommend five five stars 20 stars I don’t even know how you can go any further This is probably one of the best not in Mexico or a Latin country and this was the best I’ve had in years probably the whole time I’ve been in the south
