This restaurant would’ve gotten 5 stars had it not been from the price. Meaning the prices will be different from what they have posted other than what they charged you. I got the Philly cheesteak, which showed the price of $12.99, but was charged $14.00 before tax. I don’t have a problem with paying but at least charge of what you advertise. The food was really good. I just advise everyone to double-check with the cashiers before you cash out. They also need to make sure the cashier is not on their personal phone while dealing with customers very unprofessional. Would I go there again? I I may…..

Stopped by Roul’s for lunch, and I am glad I decided to stop by. The food was really good. I had the steak salad and the crawfish egg rolls, and both were really good. The food was hot upon receipt from the employee, and it was warm once I arrived home. My rating is four stars because the crew was working and preparing orders, but did not prepare my order. The order receipt was lost, and they did not know to prepare it. The good news is the cashier noticed I was still waiting, and asked what I ordered. After realizing my ticket was lost, she immediately corrected the issue, and I had my food within 5-8 minutes. For that, I do appreciate the customer service. I would recommend for a meal. There is not a lot of seating available inside, so you may have to get your food to go.

The absolute best burger spot in North BR. Everything was amazing, customer service was great. Food had a lot of flavor, juicy, and definitely was fulling. The workers give off a great vibe and was working together getting alone. Please do not expect to pay little or nothing for great food. Every dollar was definitely worth it. If you in the area stop by one of there two locations and try them out I promise you wont be disappointed ❤️

I go here whenever I’m in the area. My favorite is the Jalapeño burger. And it does not let you down. This crew cooks the food fresh when ordered. Very well seasoned, very friendly staff, always busy everytime I’ve gone, but never disappoints. I would 100% recommend

Don’t let the picture fool you. I went to this place on Friday, August 18, 2023, let me start with the outside, parking lot is horrific, large holes, dirt parking, trash everywhere, broken bottles, unbroken bottles, mainly nowhere to park, then there’s the entrance patio area, spider webs all over above and underneath, haven’t been cleaned in look like months or year, walk inside lobby clean (I see this the only part of the establishment that owner/manager/staff/workers care about) employees where do i start, facial hair no beard net, large braids no hair net, this on another employee, female employee long braids no hair net just loose all over, to prepare my hamburger, buns placed on a nake counter, loud talking and laughing over food while preparing it, i ordered no fries but a side salad, opened my box to see no salad dressing, no fork to eat it with, went to counter to ask young for items, she rolled her eyes so hard like I’m bothering her, then asked what dressing i wanted, i told her, she asked Mr. Large braids to get my dressing from the back, he said nope but got it. Now the menu above counter said 5 locations in Baton Rouge, people pick you location out of the four but STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE ON PLANK ROAD from Tony’s Seafood store.

The food was okay. I like the one on Highland rd better. I thought they would taste the same, but they don’t. Parking lot hate it. It’s small and has big pot holes and is very uneven. And for the price you pay for their food, their customer service need to match it. They are high, so their customer service needs to be at a high pleasant level, and it was NOT. We were NOT greeted into the establishment. Will not return wish our experience could have been better. Gloves should be a requirement when dealing with the publics food f.y.i.

First time going, heard it was really good. Ordered the combination platter (fish, shrimp, chicken) came with fries, salad, and drink. Didn’t get any chicken nor a salad as advertised. Only 5 shrimp on the plate and not sure what type of fish. Won’t be ordering seafood again if I return. My friend got the crawfish egg rolls which were better than anything else ordered. The prices are moderate depending on your order. Wasn’t what I thought it would be.
