Pizza on a very Snowy evening. Arrived fairly early, like 6PM on a Friday night. Plenty of parking due to all of the snow, some delivery drivers coming and going, and several take out orders while I was there. A few things stood out right away, guy at first register was busy doing a Register check of some type, so had to wait for young lady finishing a take out order, besides take out – no other diners, quite a few workers on site. Once I was at register with young lady she advised that she could not do Credit Card, at which point guy looked up to tell me I would have to wait until he finished, so opted for Cash, but had left cash in my car so had to go retrieve. All adds up to pretty poor customer service in terms of walking in and ordering when they had plenty of workers, seemed odd to have taken the only register that could do a CC Tranx out of action ??

I recently started working in the Damonte Rabch area and have decided that pizzacan never let me down….AND I WAS CORRECT! This Round Table in Damonte Ranch has consistently delivered on their promise to give great customer service, a welcoming environment and exquisitely delicious Pizza! Shout out to Paul and Ron for making the experience great each time I have been in. Will continue to come back!

They didn’t make my order right and charged my girlfriend extra for the toppings I had already ordered. When I called to figure out what happened. Who ever I was on the phone with scoffed and said “I know the answer to your question you just don’t like it”. Finally after pushing through their unprofessional and rude statements they decided fine they will give me a refund of $1.08 for the extra toppings.

Ordered online and got a confirmation that it will be ready in about 20 minutes. Showed up to pick up my order and they said it would be alittle bit longer. An HOUR later finally after I asked, they kept saying they were still waiting for the Parmesan twists to be done. They were not cooked fully. Super doughy. I overheard the girl at the front talking to a customer saying that they have a 3rd party service in the Philippines who takes their orders! Is this for real? Our family stopped ordering from here a few years ago and decided to try again tonight because Round Table Pizza is pretty good but just has gone down hill with service! Owner needs to sell. I will never come back here ever again.

I wish there was a ZERO STAR RATING!! I placed an online order for a Large Stuffed Crust w/crispy mini pepperoni that supposedly comes with side of Mike’s Hot Honey. I accidentally hit the no pepperoni option. HOWEVER, my “invoice” had BOTH choices chosen pepperoni & no pepperoni on my “invoice”. The staff apparently did rock-paper-scissors & chose No Pepperoni. So I received a $45 pizza that consisted of undercooked dough, olives, onions & mushrooms with bare sauce & NO Honey!!! I called to ask the manager how they could make it right. His reply was that it was my mistake (even though they could have called to confirm pepperoni or no pepperoni) & said all he could do was send some Honey. After I was upset that I spent too much on the worst pizza ever; the Manager hung up on me!!! Wow!! I will never get anything from Round Table again!

Came to pick up a online delivery did not have order when i came in i greeted him, did not even look at me and when I said who i was picking up for he yelled at me for no reason infront of everybody. Very strange needs to quit his job for sure. This happened at 7:00pm guy with long hair and beard.
