I love round table,but this location did not do it justice. Salad bar was almost empty. There was an egg shell in the eggs. Pizza was fine beside 1 burnt part, but the pizza was made to order and tasted good. Employee was friendly. It might of been because I only saw 1 employee, and he was receiving a truck and doing all the work so maybe I just came at a bad time. Round table is normally a good lunch spot for me so this im not gonna let this one experience ruin it for me. I still recommend round table but this visit just did not go right.

Waited 1hour and 20 min for a Personal pepperoni pizza and 6 wings for my 7year old that just spend 8 hours in the hospital and all she wanted was pizza and wings from there… I asked more than 4times for My order and was basically ignored, when I can see my personal pizza just there.. I ask this guy right here for the managers name and he said he was the manager (Gustavo) and that he didn’t had no corporate number this type of customer service is unacceptable last time I will come here.

The bathroom and dining area were not clean, and the salad bar experience was pretty sad. But I don’t even blame the staff. They were very understaffed with what seemed like 2 employees. The guy at the front seemed liked he was trying to cover everything at the front of the house. The reason the service gets a 2 star is because there was no way one person could have done it all.

Great location, currently open for dine in. Mask not required. Very good pizza. It was only about 15 mins for them to make our pizzas. I would have given it 5 stars but the soda fountain drinks were not that great and the price of the pizza is a more than most places. Medium pizza is about $21.

Use to love this place when tommy work there when they Fired him the place hasn’t been the same.. he really worked hard and made everyone feel welcome i think they have a new owner and they most have let got the old staff..gus is gone also Customer service is really why I kept coming anyways I’ll stick to Italian Joe’s for now on

gThey seem to have recently outsourced calls to a call center so you cannot even contact the store itself if you try. I placed an order, got the text that it was “delivered” and saw it was not. Called the call center because thats where the number goes now and was told to wait because it still showed as out for delivery even though I had a confirmation showing otherwise. Was told this 3 times over an almost 40 minute window until the store closed even though I had confirmation showing it was no longer “out for delivery” and the number went to busy signal until next day. This meant that I would absolutely not get my food that I ordered and paid for. Had they just remade my order and delivered it properly at this point there would have been pretty much no issue. I even made an attempt to retrieve my order from where it was shown in a photo about a half mile away (as in nowhere close to me) but nope wasnt there. Tried calling the next day to get a refund because I had received literally nothing but kept getting bounced between supposed call center supervisor and disconnecting store line. Tried again the next day to be told someone would contact me that day, they did not, nobody did. Tried again the next day to be out on hold while connecting to store and literally 4 times in a row just disconnected after I called to try to connect again each time. At this point I am literally never phoning in an order with this store again, there is no point. Giving 1 star because it does not allow me to give 0.

Listen I Come From The East Coast, RI To Be Exact. Im VERY picky on pizza. My 1st time ordering from here based on google reviews & i Have an explosion of excitement! This is hand down bomb pizza. i Had A Large Pan Double Sauce & pepponi with Bacon Pizza & some other pizzas as well. The ratio & attention to quality is what stood out. This pan pizza too big for me tho to eat by myself, lol. Belly full & moral boosted. This is how pizza is supposed to be made! i WILL BE BACK ROUND TABLE PIZZA! DJ SPARK Approved.
