The service was great & the atmosphere was wonderful… clean, great music, air conditioner on & not too cold. I went with my disabled family member & Terry the shift manager was so pleasant & helpful. He really made the difference in our visit. Thank you Terry. It was a nice afternoon out & the pizza, garlic bread twist, & garlic wings were delicious.

Elvia delivered our pizza fast and efficiently! When I opened the front door I was immediately greeted with such a friendly smile. Lately, customer service from other places have been awful so it was refreshing to have Elvia deliver such awesomeness!!

We have been ordering pies from This place over a year now since moving here from NJ. It’s has been great, however this is the first time it was horrible it was bland taste like card board. This box should of been empty as there is three of us which includes our 15 year old. Even the twisted parm sticks we ordered 3 and have one left over. We have alway received great service and quick to deliver. I don’t mean to complain but we should not have had any leftovers. I am sure you understand the innuendo.

I felt super welcome here. I spoke with Ryan and noticed they had a trans flag arm band on. I immediately felt comfortable and let them know I was non-binary. Later on Ryan used my correct pronouns and made my week doing that. Excellent person and excellent customer service. Thank you Ryan.

I like the pizza here but customer service I would give 0 stars. I asked for to go cups instead of the eat in cups and NORMALLY it’s not a problem. The guy taking our order Terry had an issue and gave attitude saying that when we were done I’ll get one. Trying not to be rude back I explained I was not going to drink out of the plastic cup. He then, with attitude I might add, swapped out my cup for a togo cup. I understand if you are having a bad day but to act like that toward a customer is unacceptable. Coming from a customer service background you are there to serve regardless of how you feel about things. You are to represent the business you work for.

Went in for the salad bar. Wish they still had the tiny slices of pizza at the salad bar. But all in all. The salad, and all the ingredients and condiments were all fresh and tasty!

BAD customer service. I was told on phone my order would be 25-30 min. I go to pick up and told 10 more min. After 15 min I ask if my pizza was ready yet and they tell me it wasn’t even made yet. It happened to several others there too. Be HONEST about wait times. Because they rushed my pizza, it wasn’t cooked all the way through.
