So disappointed. Placed an order at 6:45 pm and delivery estimate was 45 min. At 8:55 pm, order has yet to arrive. I tried calling the store 4 times, and every single time I went straight to voice-mail. I left a message but have not heard from anyone. Short staffed or busy, the store should figure out a way to better communicate statuses with customers.

The manager is young and doesn’t know how to handle situations. Rather than apologize for a pizza over 2 hours old. She got defensive and refused to let me speak repeating herself, talk to the boss several times. Over 2 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday night. The managers attitude really was the reason for the review. Rather than apologize she made it way worse!!!!

We ordered by phone at 6:47 pm and were told about 25 minutes. It is now 8pm and we still have not received our pizza. Went up to ask about it and we were told it is in the works and that it is busy. If we would have been told it would take over an hour we would have gone somewhere else.

The food was good but the women’s bathroom was abysmal. The men’s bathroom was clearly well kept and clean but the women’s bathroom was not working at all. The lights don’t work, it’s dirty, the stall doors don’t lock properly, the big door is and held open by a trash can.

Monday, called in order for delivery. Was told 45 mins to 1 hour, was delivered in 28 mins! Awesome delivery driver! Hooked us up with napkins, plates, parmesan, red peppers and ranch. We ordered a large pan 1/2 King Arthur 1/2 Montague all meat, extra sauce and cheese, also bbq boneless chicken and mango habanero boneless chicken. Loved the habanero chicken, just the right amount of sweet to spicy, bbq chicken had a sweet sauce no heat to it but very tasty and the pizza was good but, crust a bit on the doughy side, lots of toppings though!

So I have to give Round Table a thumbs down this time. I ordered a pizza and it was supposed to be here in 45 minutes it took an hour and a half. then it was the wrong pizza when it finally did arrive. For almost $40 I expected better. They gave me the option of waiting again and having the right order delivered or getting a refund. I wasn’t wanting to wait another hour and a half so I took the refund. Which I will receive in 5 to 7 business days
