Ordered a large and a medium from this location June 25th, I arrived to pick up right on time. When I arrived my large pizza was in the warmer cabinet and my medium just came out, when I got home I opened both boxes only to discover that my large looked like it had been made many hours before I ordered it. I honestly think they gave me a old pizza that had been made but not picked up and wanted to push it off on someone. After reading some of the reviews it seems I’m not the only one this has happened to. Needless to say I will never come to this restaurant again and recommend anyone else does either.

Terrible customer service. My husband called in an order for a pepperoni with additional ranch and jalapeños. When the pizza was delivered by door dash (because they do not deliver themselves) we were missing the additional ranch and jalapeños. So my husband called since those items cost us several dollars. The only thing they would offer was a 5 dollar credit when we just wanted the money back. They refused to return our money. We tried telling them that we wouldn’t be coming back after this experience and we just wanted our money back. They still refused to return our money. Don’t go here they’ll steal your money instead of making things right. Horrible experience. We will NOT be returning.

Crazy Good!!! Actually 1 of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had from there. But no specials or coupons, she said they don’t run them on the weekends.?? I found a $3.00 off which made a King Arthur’s Combo $24.00.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We kept ordering a Chicken and Garlic pizza with one side having everything on it. The other side we kept repeating just Chicken and Garlic. They remade the pizza twice because on the one side with everything they kept making it without chicken. Instead of actually making it right, we were forced to leave. They didn’t even bother offering to refund all our money for the time and trouble they put us through. All they did was argue and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. In my opinion, the employee that helped us and the manager should be fired. This is not the first time I have had trouble there too. One time they overcharged me and acted like I didn’t give them money. So, they had to count the register until they realized they were wrong. Once again did nothing to make it right after they tried to cheat me. It is no wonder this location is not busy because it sucks. It should be shut down immediately. NEVER go there.

Our experience here is hit or miss. It seems that the quality of the pizza just depends on the day, which unfortunately encourages us to order elsewhere most of the time. We’ve recently also experienced a situation where they would not accept a gift card over the phone because of difficulties on their end with use of door dash for deliveries This was especially frustrating during a time when we were not able to leave the home. With so many pizza options locally, I’d recommend ordering elsewhere for better service and more consistent quality.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and jalapeños, that was not what was delivered. The delivery guy brought me a combination pizza. The paper for my order says what I wanted, but the actual pizza order that was placed on the box is the wrong order.

$30 plus dollars for just a medium sized pizza and waiting 35 minutes for it what a rip off . I’m never coming back there ever again I might as well just stick to Pieology or Little Caesar’s. My friend even complained about the expensive price for the medium sized pizza and the long wait for it .
