Same as previous reviews, they don’t honor coupons or deals. Also I have ate at a few round table and never has the price for a personal king Arthur’s and a small drink 21.00! They just make up prices. Owned or run by a group who sits in the back . Weird place

I called to place an order 25min before closing and they told me they would not make my pizza. They were making a big order for someone else. I asked him why they clearly state they are open until 11pm and i have order later than this before. The man was extremely rude and completely blew me off and then to top it off hung up on me! I can’t believe how poor the workers treat their local consistent customers and how much disrespect they displayed. I would recommend going somewhere else or calling the other round table if you are absolutely in the mood for their food. I hope that this is seen by the owner and they do something about it. Lastly, now i understand why their is never anyone in there dining in or picking up. Probably the slowest Round Table in Northern, CA!

Got a personal sized pizza here because they don’t sell slices. I wouldn’t even call this pizza. last time I will ever go here. Especially with so many great local restaurants to chose from, why go to a chain like this where you’ll get lousy, overpriced pizza?

Great tasting pizza and bread sticks, but horrible customer service. They interrupt me and are very short and rude when I ask questions in person and over the phone. Haven’t seen a smile when walking in. Have been here at least 5 times and have had the same experience each time.

The staff here is horrible. I spent 83 dollars with this establishment. My wings were hot, my pizza was like warm and sliding. I also ordered breadsticks and those were very hard, cold and dry. I called the store to discuss my concerns and speak with a manager. The “ manager named Jessica “ answered the phone, I began to state my concerns and she cut me off and over talk me and make suggestion what might have happened. I then asked her her last name and store number. She told me she cant give me that information and hung up in my face. I will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve ordered from this round table for the last 7 years and the only thing I can think of is that ONCE my pizza arrived lukewarm. The delivery driver is always friendly (older gentleman) and one time they had someone working the front that wasn’t up to speed on the menu items, but that’s not enough to diminish the quality of their pizzas. Round table is pricey but it’s well worth it.
