The pizza was pretty good, but the staff was inattentive. I stood at the front counter for about five minutes before an employee acknowledged my presence. Meanwhile, an employee that was likely on break stood behind the counter, just 3 feet away looking at her phone and never looked up or acknowledge my presence. I feel as though if you’re going to take a break you should do that in your break room or in a public area. If you’re going to stand behind the counter, at least acknowledge the presence of customers even if you’re not going to help them. The dining room was dirty. Several tables needed to be bussed, and the floor needed to be swept. A homeless man was sleeping in one of the booths the entire time I was there. Overall a poor dining experience. If I buy a pizza from this location again, it would be for takeout.

We ordered a half King Arthur’s and half custom. The pizza has a sweet sauce which was thick on the pizza, making it more moist than other pizzas. I loved it! So delicious and just the way I remember eating eat my entire life.

This RT Pizza is in Alameda Landing. This area is a large outdoor shopping mall. My husband and I didn’t feel like cooking, so we decided on pizza. He wanted a personal size King Arthur Supreme. I always enjoy their Gourmet Veggie Pizza. Make that a personal size, please. It’s those artichoke hearts on that pizza, followed by the mushrooms and spinach.

Unfortunately the worker with blue hair charged me for 4 ranches and only gave me three. Not only was she not welcoming but seemed bothered to serve me. I ordered ahead of time then asked for 4 ranches upon arrival, and was disrespected with 3 while paying full charge for 4. Please do better.

today we went to this store, we want to order Parmesan Wings. We ordered two pizzas, and one wings. Then the waiter showed us that wings were on the back of the menu, and we ordered it. Then she gave something else instead of wings. Then we complained, and she said to check the menu. And on the menu is the Parmesan Garlic Twist. Apparently she showed us the wings on the back of the menu. And she gave the reason that it was also parmesan garlic and it was on the back. We asked to exchange it for another item and the staff said it was non-exchangeable.

Never again will I order from this round table. This location is full of excuses and does not care about customers at all. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed and disgraced to show their face. The worst thing you can do in the food industry is treat your customers like they don’t matter.
