I ordered a pizza Monday night. It was off. Tasted funny. Way too much cheese and it didn’t even taste better. It was still pretty doughy on the bottom as well. It’s Saturday now I spent my Friday night in the emergency room to treat a stomach ache I have had since Tuesday morning. I have some type of stomach bug from whatever I ate there. The hospital wasn’t able to help. I have to let it go away on its own. Still in pain. I’m more upset because I actually liked round table once on occasion. Now I can’t even eat pizza again with out thinking of this extremely painful week I had.

Cinnamon sticks not cooked at all and the pizza is just as bad and I asked for both well done. Its fathers day and I cant even enjoy this $48 after tip dinner ♂️ have to put both in the oven before my family and I can eat.

Walked in to order on Wednesday Dec 21 2022. 5:45 pm. The flirty mustache man working the front completely ignored me the entire time since I walked in. He was laughing with person who finally ordered pizza. Then he went in the way back for 3 mins came up to answer ringing phone, still ignoring me…hung up the call….walked to the back again. Nice person. I will be contacting Round Table Corporate Office.

Omg this is some goooood pizza. It’s the best Round table in the Bay and I’ve tried them all just about and the only pizza chain I’ll order from is RT since I’ve been on my own when I don’t feel like cooking. Here the food is fresh, fresh, fresh and seasoned very well. They delivered my dinner one night and omg that pizza was just out of the oven, super hot and fresh! No games played here with the food/customer service and they’ll get it right for sure. Please don’t change the crew here!!!!

Pizzas were tasty and well prepared. BIG COMPLIMENT to manager P*t**c** who managed a DIFFICULT issue with our 7-person party from out of state who did not know the local COVID requirements for validation of ID and vaccinations. At 3:00 in the afternoon. We were the only guests in the restaurant, however the rules guidelines are the guidelines. Manager P*t offered options for packing the order for TO GO.. Great to see gentle, firm, decisive leadership in a difficult situation. We enjoyed our pizzas in a different location and out of state guests enjoyed time in our lovely state.

Hands down the WORST ROUND TABLE LOCATION I’ve EVER purchased from in my life. And what makes matter worse is that there are several other round tables that are close – yet they refuse to deliver to me even though they are less than 5 miles away. This place always presents barriers to quality pizza and when you get a pizza it’s got round table ingredients and low quality, is cold, burnt or never delivered. Your better off driving to a different round table or ordering from a different pizza restaurant. Say NEXT to this place MASSIVE

This makes the 6th time I have called them, in a row, at least an hour before they close at the latest (also called at normal dinner time on a weekend 3 times) and was told they don’t deliver or are not delivering only pick up. Yet the website and search engines all say no contact delivery available. I continued to give this place chance after chance and I am finally tired of even trying. When I did get an order in the past they are usually missing any side sauce or sodas or anything you ask for. They are always over 60-90 minutes for delivery time and the food is usually cold. If it wasnt for a lack of quality pizza that delivers when you dont feel like going out I wouldnt have even kept giving them business. Its like an abusive relationship at this point. Maybe they”ve changed, they said they wouldnt do it again and they were sorry, it wasn’t that bad last time….etc. Something is always wrong or they are always “busy and forgot” or “the person who took the order didnt write it down” andthey always ask if you’d like them to come back with it knowing you aren’t going to wait another hour to eat for crushed red peppers or a drink. Once I said yes, knowing I wasn’t going to need it at that point, just to see the look on the guys face. He looked like he was 6 and I told him his birthday was canceled. Best Parmigian cheese I ever didn’t eat. Avoid this place like it’s trying to talk to you about your cars extended warranty.

Got there after waiting past the recommended arrival time to pick up my pizza, it wasn’t ready, the place was a disaster with pizza boxes piled up tlup to the top of the serve window. The manager was yelling at his staff to stop taking orders and the phone was ringing non stop while he complained in for everyone to hear that the staff was missing pizzas and getting everything wrong.he was clearly the problem. Finally got the pizza after a 10minutr wait got home to find the pizza half cooked, thankfully I have a convection oven and finished it myself …pathetic, This place needs an intervention.
