Was told by in store manager that order would be delivered within 1 hour. 1 hour and a half later, delivery was incomplete. Called into store manager said they would work on order. Then he canceled the order and said money would be refunded, never being asked too. Asked for manager above him said they don’t give out that information. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER

2nd time we ordered for delivery and it never arrived. The 1st time we called and the manager said that they used doordash (I think) for their delivery. Said that the person picked it up, even gave me their number to call, but doordash didn’t have record. Decided to try again today, superbowl, and about an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, I called and was told that it was delivered and signed for? Not by me! Let me add, I have great neighbors and if delivered to wrong address, they’d have walked it over. There’s literally 4 houses on my court. The manager refunded us, but seriously the worst customer service ever! They didn’t even try to make it right. Last time we order there.

This location needs a really good cleaning. The staff was nice but was on her personal phone while taking my order. She also did not wash her hands or wear gloves before making the pizza. I believe she was the only employee there because there was no one else to help her. I had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the stalls, toilets were dirty. This place just needs more attention.

My 1st time in this Round Table, I walked in& was greeted right away with a smile! I placed my order & the gentleman said it will be 20 minutes, sat down and looked at the full menu, booths we small but clean! 20 minutes, he called my name and as I got up to get it, he was right there and handed it to me!

Arrived there after 1 pm and the dining room was empty. My wife and I were greeted quickly and we ordered a personal pep and olive, a salad bar, and 2 sodas. The pizza arrived quickly, a little black on the crust on one side, but otherwise fine. The salad bar was adequately stocked. My biggest complaint which overshadowed eating there was the cleanliness. The tile floor in the dining room was dirty, especially with crumbs and debris in corners and edges. Especially around the hot bar where the all-you-can-eat pizza is served. Three tables had plates, cups and pizza pans leftover from previous diners, but these weren’t cleaned up until right before we left. I counted three employees and one supervisor (maybe manager) who was working on his laptop in the party room. In the 30-40 minutes we were there, we only saw one other customer come in for a pickup. Even though we enjoyed lunch, it was a turnoff seeing the lack of effort to at least pickup the tables that needed attention, let alone the long-term cleaning this dining room obviously needs.
