Person at reception was eating as he attempted to help and had a hard time communicating as he tried to chew his food. Just horrible customer service and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Their online order won’t let you add extra ranch which I usually do because places charge, came here and they wouldn’t give me an extra small ranch unless I went to my car and brought him a dollar. Definitely stingy. Rather get a worse pizza somewhere else who treats their customers better.

Ordered online, and still had to wait 40 mins after pick up time. They started it after I signed the receipt. After the order came it had little if any cheese on it. I PAID for extra cheese. A waste of time and not worth coming back. Stay away!! You will get scammed out of your toppings you paid for.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. We ordered a pizza online at 8 PM and they close at 9. We got there at 8:15 and they said they can’t make the pizza because they are closing and wouldn’t make the pizza! Why say you close at 9 if you cannot take an order at 8 PM.

Ordered for delivery late last night, my wife loves the chicken garlic gourmet while my kids always want this store pepperoni pizza. The store estimated time for delivery were 45 mins but the delivery came earlier than that, it made the kids happy.

So I went here 3 weeks ago, and just to share my experience I was waiting for next door to become available to get my nails cut down. I decided to go in here and order a salad and a personal Pizza they didn’t have a salad and I should say first I waited for like 10 minutes while these two Chinese women went back and forth while I was standing there as a customer and was ignored literally 10 minutes before she started to take my order to only find out they don’t sell salad and their service was awful they kept going back and forth the entire time mid taking my order or trying to I ended up leaving after about 12 minutes and there with nothing. Total waste of my time very rude and unprofessional you would never have this experience at a professional establishment. Awful I wouldn’t return as much as I love Round Table I would find another one even though this one is only about 2 miles from my house

Round Table Pizza truly is the last honest pizza. What I love is their pizza is not saturated with tomato sauce so you get the actual flavor of the other ingredients however, they really need to cut up the pieces of the vegetables a bit smaller otherwise, the absolute best! Oh yeah, due to the pandemic, they do stop taking phone orders about an hour or so prior to close if you’re picking up. My favorite place for a good pizza. Pricey though. I can cook a full meal given the cost of a medium or large pizza. . You can’t go wrong with a Round Table Pizza. BTW, I forgot to add that I have been eating Round Table Pizza my entire life! That’s how much I love Round Table Pizza and I’ve been around for sometime. My daughter and her children do movie night every Wednesday and they too, love Round Table Pizza ❤❤❤

Order was delivered 30 minutes late. Pizza order was wrong. I couldn’t get through on the phone and had to go into the store so they could remake the pizza. They could not adjust my price to remove the delivery charges and give me a discount, so they let me order additional food items instead. I didn’t like going into the store during the pandemic. The staff wasn’t wearing their masks properly. I gave 3 stars because they were nice and wanted to make it up to me.

This roundtable pizza was actually clean and well maintained. Only reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their online ordering service gave us one time frame and when we got there it was a different much longer time frame. That and the front counter lady gave us an excuse why it was different. She made up for it though so all was good. I recommend this place.
