Roundtable Pizza is usually one of my favorite places, but this one was not up to standards. Only had one “special”, one of our pizzas had a HUGE bubble that left several slices without cheese, and we didn’t get our order of garlic Parmesan twists until we were finished eating, even after inquiring several times about them. On top of all that I was over charged for my drinks (charged regular price for kids), but I didn’t make an issue of it because we just wanted to get out of there. The atmosphere was unlike any Roundtable Pizza I have ever been to, which is not a good thing. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to do it this time. When you spend almost $95 on 7 drinks, 2 large pizzas, and an order of Parmesan twists, it should be better.

We have always liked round table but we are breaking up with them. We couldn’t order on line because they said my address was too far away even thought I am less than a mile from this location. Clearly there was some sort of formatting issue or some glitch with the website. I asked for the store to honor the deal which really isn’t that good if a deal and they said they didn’t have access to the in line codes. So they have “deals” but you can’t use them. I said fine. I had wasted enough time trying to switch locations and set up a new account to try to get the “deal” and just needed to order. We got our pizza and a very nice delivery person dropped it off and I asked her if I could add the tip and she said I couldn’t. There was a language barrier. I called the store to say I wanted to add the tip for the driver and they said they are using door dash and you can’t add a tip for them. I use door dash and I tip them. It is really easy. Anyway. The food was not good. The breadsticks were dried out and hard. I have never had bad breadsticks from RT. We won’t be ordering again.

Still amazing how this store is not shut down by health department. So much issues with food fly and mold. Nothing ever gets cleaned. You can just judge for yourself by looking at this oven that haven’t been cleaned for almost a year and it suppose to be clean once a week. Or u can just read other people comments as well. I guess that’s what u get not having a right manger running a store and wanna play on his laptop in the back. You better off getting food in another cleaner store.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza last week. Was given a cheese and didn’t notice til i went home. Called the manager On that night and he said he would make it right and will note the account that next time I order I’ll get a larger pepperoni for free. I call tonight to claim my pizza and was told o. We’d to call back when a manager is on shift. There is a shift supervisor on the phone and the account notes that I’m due a free pizza but the shift manager can’t make it. Just terrible service. There is probably 3 round tables In the area that I can choose from and I will from now on. It’s not hard to get a pepperoni pizza right and it’s easier to correct the wrong pizza by doing the right thing. Unbelievable service
