I’ve been eating Round Table Pizza for well over 50 years. This is the worst pizza I have ever gotten from a Round Table. This supposed to be half sausage and half cheese…have you ever seen a worse looking pizza. And it tastes like it looks. Been buying pizza from this Round Table in Galt since 1993…never again. A side note: Just walk in there and see if it looks like a nice clean restaurant you like to enjoy a meal at…where is the health department, that floor alone should have been a fail.

I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated at this restaurant by the counter rep Kelly. I eat at Round Table often its one of my favorite pizza places and this location is the closest to my house. Today 11/30 I bought 3 pizzas, twists and wings for curbside pick up @4:17PM. I arrived at 4:18PM and my order wasn’t ready, which was no big deal. I waited until 4:33PM when Kelly brought out our order. She gave us 4 boxes but I couldn’t find the wings I ordered. I called to let them know I was missing the wings. That’s when she told me that the wings were put in the same box as the twists. I then told her that in the future if they cannot do that because I don’t eat meat (the wings are for my sister) and I don’t want the wings touching the twists. Instead of apologizing and tell me that they would refrain from doing that again Kelly proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault for not specifying that I don’t eat meat and that I didn’t want 2 separate orders to be packed in the same box?? We went back and forth over the phone for a bit then she hung up on me mid sentence. I don’t think I was asking for too much. I didn’t ask for the food to be remade or for a refund. All I wanted was an apology and for them to realize not to package two separate orders in the same box, most people don’t like their food touching anyway. I’ve been eating at Round Table in many different locations for years and this has never happened to me and I’ve never been treated like this. I will not be returning to this location again. They just lost a very regular customer who would eat here 2 or more times month and spend over $80 every time.

Roundtable is always good. My husband picked up the order. The delivery time was an hour and a half. They stopped using gluten crust for the small . Makes no sense to me? I don’t know if it tastes different? I think next time we will try the gluten free recipe.

Day old salad that was brown on most pieces of lettuce, no fountain soda, limited options for bottled soda, no 2 liters AND no ice! The pizza was okay but not worth all the other inconvenience. There are better options for pizza in Galt don’t waste your time here.

This is our local Round Table and we have ordered there many times. I have to say, the quality of food has improved dramatically. We didn’t order there for several years because the pizza was pretty bad and it was too expensive. Though, if they are able to maintain the good quality, I do not mind paying more. This review is based on our experience yesterday June 10th 2019 for lunch.

Paid for a buffet. Sat for FIFTEEN MINUTES with nothing but salad in the buffet. The last time we were there they had no ranch! What pizza place doesn’t have ranch? And the time before that they had no lettuce on the buffet after asking 3 times they finally put it out. Tonight I cleaned off a table for us since every available table was dirty. Gross.

My family and I were very disappointed today with the quality of the food at the salad bar. Just to name a few items: the bell peppers were slimy, garbanzo beans were obviously spoiled as they had a foul smell and the beets were sour. I asked that these items be changed. The ladies were very nice and accommodating. However, there were more items that were spoiled and I did not want to ask them to change anymore, so I simply opted to not eat salad. We will not be returning. It is a shame because I enjoy there pizza. I will try other pizzerias in town.
