$40 pizza was not worth it. I rarely eat pizza. But had a craving. This did not hit the mark. Ordered for pick up. Said it would be done by 6:18pm. I arrived at 6:11pm. The pizza was done. It was solid cold. Also very sad that on Saturday night it was a ghost town in the dining room.

I’ve been getting pizza here for years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Save yourself the time money and frustration and get your pizza somewhere else. I pay tons for extra toppings and barely get the bare minimum toppings. Pizza is hours late and cold every time I get delivery. They always say they’ll make the poor experience right but never follow through. This Overpriced, weak, late, cold pizza isn’t worth your time.

Food was good but they forgot about us and we didn’t receive our King Arthur Supreme until 30 minutes after our pepperoni pizza. We will probably skip this Round Table in the future. Sad because we were the only people dining in the restaurant.

This was the second time I was sold an unsatisfactory pizza. This pizza was burned and part of the crust had fallen apart. The cashier was unconcerned. She said this happens sometimes because the crust bubbled. Closed the box and said have a nice evening. The person in back of me shook his and said wow. Very poor product and customer service. I did call back and the guy was not helpful. He did say the manager would be in during the day. Note cheese and peppers were only peppers.

It is so unfortunate to have to walk away from this Round Table. We have ordered from this location consistently over the last thirteen years. One of my family members even worked there for a time. Over the last year or so they have completely fallen apart. EVERY time I order here our pizzas are late, cold and wrong! Sometimes they are even burnt. When I called to let them know, the manager just said sorry, the owner doesn’t have enough staff for me to watch what’s going on in the kitchen. That was it… no sorry, no comp, just deal with it. In a moment of weakness I broke down and ordered again tonight. My order is 30 minutes over due. I know what that means, cold pizza. I promise this is the last time I make the mistake of ordering here…too bad.

Customer service here is constantly lacking. Wait times are extended EVERYTIME we order here. Our orders have been messed up multiple times. I’ve dealt with the manager before and he didn’t even offer a discount when they made my pizza wrong and had me wait another 30+ minutes. He said he can give me a soda for the wait, ridiculous. Staff correctly! People pay good money for Round Table to have them wait an extra 30-40 minutes & to receive wrong orders. It’s crazy. Fix it.

We order from you RT at Woodcreek a couple of times a month. Delivery has always been good BUT the quality of the pizza has gotten terrible. Pizza is soggy (worse thing), toppings are few and cheese is minimum. RT used to be known for very generous toppings and cheese and crispy crust. I’m from Bay Area and been going to RT for since 1st in Menlo Park. You’re never see me again!

Terrible and disappointing experience!! Ordered a large pan crust pizza for carry out, and after I arrived to pick it up, I was told they accidentally made an original crust!! The “manager” said she would make another one and it would only take 8 mins. She did not apologize nor offer any consolation. In fact, I had to ask for a discount on my $40 pizza to which she agreed and ultimately gave me 15% off!! AND, it didn’t take 8 mins but rather an additional 15-20 mins. Had baby and wife waiting in the car!! Was so frustrating!! Will not be ordering from Round Table again and will share my experience with friends and colleagues.
