I was extremely disappointed. First, there was enough dough that didn’t have any toppings to provide three slices of pizza easily, I attempted to over look that… Then found that the dough was not fully cooked, then to tp it off to see a dirty onion’s root at eye level when taking a bite. So unacceptable for a $25 medium pizza. My stomach turned Thinking about what I didn’t see or perhaps it was the uncooked dough!!! The driver did forget everything but the pizza and the wings… However, he was such a sweetheart that wasn’t an issue!!! The order was almost a $40 order… I used a coupon however, it was definitely a rip off even with the coupon!!! Very dissatisfying leaving me sick… literally to my stomach!!! Oh and the chicken looked good but was very slimy uneatable as well

I’ve been going to this establishment for many years, but since they have change management, the food and the service has gone down. I went there today. My pizza was terrible and the lady overcharged me because she was new and she didn’t know what she was doing, they lost my business

Terrible experience, came to this location to pick up pizzas that I ordered online. When I arrived , I gave my name and order and the gal at the front said “your order isn’t ready yet” me “ok” – I stand to the side to let others step up to the counter and pay and/or pick up orders. A few orders go out the gal again looks at me and says. “Still waiting on your order. After about 15 minutes, I started to become a bit impatient, I knew that when I ordered online it said my order will be ready in 20 minutes, so I arrived at the store in 15 minutes . A gentleman from the back steps around and says something to the cashier to which she audibly gasped. She continued to move around and help people coming in one after the other. Finally, I was informed that they were out “skins” of course I have no idea what she’s talking about apparently skins is what they call “made dough” they had run out of dough and informed me that my pizza had not in fact even placed in the oven yet it would be ready In 10-15 minutes. The most disturbing part was that there were several people coming in that that the store had run out of dough. My question and several others question was why are online orders still being taken ? These people are going to continue to show up, hoping to pick up food that they have already paid for, and to make matters worse. This is the night before Thanksgiving. So as you can imagine, many are not cooking dinner. I was finally informed my pizza was ready, it was undercooked, and you would think they would possibly offer a free salad or cookie , but nope!!! I feel really terrible for the people that showed up after me. This round table is terrible. The restaurant is in disrepair. It could use a good cleaning and only one door to enter. The employees seem unappreciated and well, lack genuine customer service training. I would certainly blame this on the store manager and owner.

Came in to eat lunch. Was a half an hour after lunch. Normally they the price anyways but didnt this time so it Ended up being $37 for two salad And two personal pizzas with drinks. I was super hungry So we went ahead and get it. The salad was brown the bell peppers were slimy they have taken Many choices from the salad bar as I used to have. So basically the salad bar was disgusting And most of the stuff was rotten. Also the personal pizza no longer comes in pan thick crust so the was disappointing as well. So I’m sorry to say that will be the last time that I eat there It’s overpriced and the quality has drop alot. I will find a better place to go…

Foods not great, I don’t know what happened since I remember Round Table having some of the best pizza around when I was growing up. But the biggest problem with this location is the interior itself. It’s just depressing being inside this store. Everything is dirty, broken, out of order and the interior is so out of date.

I’m not sure why they thought this pizza was acceptable…it’s not even and they didn’t bother to cut the pizza all the way through…I paid for a 5oz ranch…instead I got four 1 oz…the marinara sauce is half way filled…the Sprite they sold me was bitter tasting…I’ll be requesting a refund in the morning…since they’re closed now
