How is this place getting good reviews? My husband and I went there a few weeks ago and the place was disgusting! Customer service was a joke. There was this one young Indian lady who took our order and she was so rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for the ranch I paid for. None of the table were clean so I cleaned our table/high chair. I can go on but it’s safe to say that I’ll be eating at the restaurant across the street

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s new owners or what but this place has went to hell not only with cleanliness but they charge for ranch now but can’t bother to get it? surprised I didn’t have to make my own pizza. Dude who does register sits on his phone while the girl runs around doing everything. Maybe 1 other table in the room and not an ounce of customer service was given.

We went here yesterday for Mother’s Day to enjoy downtown and the SALAD BAR was So Gross@ it was unattended to So i asked for a refund. They said they would clean and fix and the girl added more lettus while the guy ran around with burning incense to chase off flies. I told them I wanted a refund and I got attitude. Not my fault it was So Gross! This place went so Down Hill we will never be back DISCUSTING!!! Forgot they were lacking ingredients clean up so back they had errors on the t.v so you couldn’t even watch them. Simple push of the exit button would have fixed it.. SAD

This place is an embarrassment to the Round Table pizza name. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in for ever! There’s yellow tape all over the place where things are broken. The stage is roped off. This place looks dirty. I won’t be going back. The pizza lacked. It seemed like they skimped on the sauce and pepperoni . So disappointed.

Walked down the street to Round Table, you could smell the odor of the aging carpet. We tried to order our favorite pizza, then staff told us there was lunch buffet with unlimited slice of pizzas and salad bar at less than $14 per person. The pizzas tasted really good and salad bar was OK. Highly recommended for lunch, where most restaurants are closed for Tuesday lunch.

This place is so rundown employees were rude and the salad bar was gross the items were old and it was not clean !! They are literally burning incense by/ near the food so unsanitary…at least the pizza & breadsticks were still great …but in old downtown it should be kept up way better & cleaner !! The bathrooms were disgusting I’m surprised this is exceptable for a franchise name ???
