Not consistent, they used different sauce. (Ranch instead of white sauce). My stomach doesn’t feel good already. Also, last time it had green leafs (Basil or something).

I was surprised I had a similar experience as others who have made reviews… it was my first time coming to this Round Table on campus and I too had a bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for a personal pizza when it was slow (summer time is always slow on campus). So, I asked how long it might be until my pizza was ready since I had work. I was then told the manager threw my pizza away! The staff didn’t understand why, especially since I was sitting at a table with my order number clearly visible. Turns out he was calling the wrong number. Training should be better… you don’t just throw food away without making sure all customers are served. Especially when there are only five other customers there. I could not wait for them to remake my food, so I got a refund which was okay but I had to rush to get other food before going to work.

Good convenient food on campus. Their lunch deals on personal pizzas ($7.49 for 1-topping or $8.99 for a 4-topping) are excellent if you want a good meal and don’t want to lose your parking spot. They also usually have personal pepperoni pizzas hot and ready around noon, if you’re in a hurry.

This is the second poor experience I’ve had this semester. The first time, I ordered a small pepperoni. I waited an hour for it and watched 3 people who I ordered before get their food before me. I went to the counter and asked how long it would be. They then brought me a personal size. When I took it back they said they would remake it. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my new pizza. (The employees were kind and offered a refund so it wasn’t all that terrible). However, with only 4 people in the entire restaurant at the time, there should be no reason for making someone wait like that.

Dominic is one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread today. The pizza had come out and I was still waiting for the garlic bread. I ate the pizza and at this point it had been 30 minutes and there was still no garlic bread. I went up to the register and asked about the status of the order. He went and asked the cook who forgot to make it. He said it would take 5 minutes and I told him if it took longer I would need a refund because I needed to get back to work. After waiting more than 5 minutes the pizza was still not out and I asked for a refund. He told me it was still in the oven, but I told him I needed to go and could not wait anymore. He got his manager to help me, and while the manager was speaking to me he went into the kitchen and was talking to his coworker very loudly. He said I was being ridiculous and should have just waited and had more patience among many other things. Other customers could hear him and were also shocked at his behavior. I have been going to this round table for years and am very disappointed the conduct of the employees. This happened during a slow time in the store and I was very polite.

Asked for a personal well done pepperoni pizza and it took them 20 mins. just to tell me they forgot to tell the chefs and that it would take more time. Mind you, it wasn’t even busy. They did have a personal pepperoni pizza ready (they could’ve put that in the oven for a few mins.) not even sure if they were making me a fresh one.
