I came here to order a pizza and sit down and have a beer. They were completely out of beer. The pizza I wanted was an online only special. After spending 10 minutes trying to log on and order it, I explain to him I was having trouble logging on to get the special. They did not care. So the hell with them I’m going to mountain Mike’s.

Ordered a pizza from this location and my profile accidentally put in chicken pizza instead of veggie. My wife went to go pick the pizza and was met by a very rude staff, a Caucasian female at this location. My wife understood that the mistake was on our end but requested if they would make a veggie pizza, she jumped on a call with the manager and passed rude and nasty comments until the manager told her to make the veggie pizza and give it to my wife. We order from this location very frequently, although our issue was resolved, we still won’t go back to this location to deal with the nasty staff and customer service. Such a shame that a popular brand like this have incompetent people working there that drive business away. Never going back. I don’t understand if ppl don’t like their jobs why don’t they just find another one instead of staying and ruining a popular brand like Roundtable.

Just called, rude workers. Put me on hold for over 8 minutes, called back and a different person answered. I told her they forgot about me on hold because she was ready to take my order. Gave me attitude and was acting like she couldn’t hear me. Then she tried to charge me $72 and change for 2 fkn pizzas lame… People beware, there are plenty other options for good pizza then these jokers..
