We had reserved a birthday party and the customer service was mediocre at best, you could tell the employees want to get you in and out with as little interaction as possible. The ice was not working, the salad must’ve been sitting there for who knows how long it was wilted and old. Almost all the tables are wobbling and unsteady.

I was very impressed with this Round Table Pizza restaurant. First of all, I showed up with a group of moms and kids and we were 10 kids and 6 ladies. We each ordered for our families, and I think that was 5 separate orders. I ordered first and my pizza was out before the last lady ordered her food! It was fantastically fresh and fast! There is also a pretty large arcade area where all the kids played and made friends with the other kids that were there. We were just travelling through. The cashier was extremely efficient and you could tell he was handling all kinds of business there! Orders, and cups and answering the phone and handling some other kitchen business as well. I was very impressed. I would definitely come back to this restaurant.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had the worst experience at this Round Table location. More than half the tables were dirty and food was on the floor. When I approached the employees to ask whether they could be cleaned, I was ignored as the three employees continued to talk amongst themselves clearly ignoring me. I decided to leave before I got my food and when asking for a refund workers were hostile. I went to a different Round Tables location and had a great experience. Will not be returning to this location.

Overall this RTP is awesome! It is extremely big and has arcade game area for kids of all ages to enjoy along with delicious food and beverages. Extremely friendly and helpful team members. Store was very clean. Pizza and Twists were delicious

Pizza is great. Beer self serving metered tap sucks. You purchase a beer band that senses how many ounces of beer you’re allowed to include half a glass of foam!! Really!!

A lot better location than their previous spot. It was located in the old Kmart shopping center and it was showing its age. Except for two instances of not being given the best service I can give this pizza place 4 stars. I like the fact that they always seem to have some sort of pizza deal whenever I order from them. Today I bought the charred lemon chicken pizza. I have had this twice since this has been introduced and both times spot on in taste. Being a new store it is very clean and spacious. Also, in a nice shopping center with plenty of spacious parking. Just be aware weekends can get very crowded.
