Had our faughters 1st b-day in the banquet room which is FREE if u buy $100 in food and drinks. The staff was 100% accomidating and the food was hot and ready on time! Great place, great pizza, great arcade. A little air conditioning in the banquet room would have made it perfect but all in all a wonderful place for a party or just dinner

Wanted an all-you-can-eat salad bar and a personal sized pizza. It took many phone calls to find any place that still did this. So glad I went here. The pizza was just as good as I remember and the salad bar was fresh and tasty.

We visited this location because we read it had been remodeled and was really great now. We ordered a pizza and garlic knots and told it’d be a 25 minute wait. We were playing games in the arcade after setting our drinks down at the table and realized 50 minutes passed without our order. I wondered why a family who ordered well after us received their pizza nearly immediately after they were seated – I thought perhaps they had called it in previously and decided to dine-in. I went to check on our order to request it to-go but it turns out they gave our pizza to the other family (the only other dine-in customers in the place). The female in the back with half orange hair had an attitude with the poor kid who was running the register and insisted we already received our order. The kid was the only one who apologized and no one took ownership of the mistake. We asked for a refund and left to get pizza from Dominos. Will never visit this location again. Aside from the poor service, it was definitely grimy, and didn’t feel remodeled at all – things were just moved around from the last time we were there.

I am seriously not sure how this place is legally passing health inspection. Grimy is an accurate word to describe pretty much every surface. There was literally a gritty layer of dirt on our table.

We came in an apparently Grub Hub claimed they were making our order. They didn’t even know it existed. Okay, an 8 minute wait isn’t bad. We try their little arcade and get $20 worth of coins for the machines. The machines we used, had no tickets apparently due to a previous birthday party. Was told to just not use those particular machines. Wasted $20 for no compensation for machines with no tickets and no sympathy. I know the pizza will be delicious but that’s where the joy stops. Mishandled.

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in Round Table. It’s our family tradition to get pizza for my late dad’s birthday. I ordered this pizza online to be picked up at 6:30pm. I got there a little late at 6:48pm and I was told that the pizza was still in the oven. I was fine with it because at least my pizza was going to be hot even though I was late. At 7pm, my pizza was ready and I drove home. I felt the box and it wasn’t very hot, but still I had high hopes. I got home, opened the boxes to serve my family and I was sooo disappointed. My pizza was undercooked with not a lot of toppings and the breadsticks were inedible (seriously hard as a rock), with no flavor, or maybe the garlic had been cooked off… I’m not sure, but it was basically $7 overcooked pizza crust. Growing up my Dad would order pizza from Round Table every payday. It was something we looked forward to every other week. Pizza night! After tonight though, I could of gotten better quality pizza from Little Caesars for a fraction of the price. I wasn’t bothered by the wait time, I know things are stressful under our current situation and everything being closed, but the quality of this meal was terrible. I’m sad and thinking of starting a new tradition.

Dined in at this location this evening. Ordered a medium pizza and two salad bars. There was no salad at the salad bar. I asked the worker to replenish it… took them about 20 minutes to do so. Our pizza was ready and served to our table before we were able to get salad. After we were able to get salad, we discover there is no silverware. Ask the worker for forks to eat our salad… they stated none were clean and would run some through the dishwasher… (also important to note that we were the only customers in the restaurant) ate our pizza and waited another 15-20 minutes for our forks. None came so I went up to the counter and asked if they were available yet… and worker stated she forgot. Just an all around bad experience. May be possible to have your salad bar stocked and dishes clean if your employees weren’t standing around shooting the bull. Overheard several personal conversations, as I was waiting at the counter to be helped. Won’t be back to this restaurant.

Who’s making the pizzas?! An entire slice with no cheese or toppings. Poorly made for $30!!! Thanks a lot. Also none of the wings came with ranch sauce as ordered. Find another Round Table. Don’t order from here.
