Went in around 7pm wasn’t busy at all. Staff greeted us when we arrived and as we left. We didn’t wait very long for our food, about a 10min wait after ordering. We got the garlic bread twist served first and then got our pizza right after. This pizza was not the best pizza I had in my life but it was pretty good I’d rate a 7/10. The store was nice and clean as we’ll definitely worth giving this place a try 🙂

We haven’t been to this location for a while because we had an order for 3 pizzas totaling $100+ that was all burnt, and I swore never to come back. However, my wife got a lunch coupon on her R T P app, so we gave them a 2nd chance.

Always look forward to great Salad bar on hot Summer evening…until tonight!! Salad bar was messy, empty on MANY items & looked like it had not been tended to in MANY hours!! There was only 1 other couple in there tonight other than us. Music was horrid in a business & family restaurant; unless RAP is your thing. 5-10minutes of attention when you are NOT BUSY would go a LONG way for paying customers. I truly hope this review finds its way to management there cuz there is really NO EXCUSES. What a shame!!

Love round table pizza…so our pizzas got put for pickup and we were dine in… noticed something was wrong when the table that came in after us got their order and we still didn’t have ours….went to check on it and was told they are working on it…. hhhhmmm our pizzas came out in boxes like 10 minutes later… how long have those been in the warmer.. not what I would expect when I could get domino’s for way less

A great place to take our entire work force. We had lunch today and it was good. I liked the choice of salad bar and fresh made pizza. All of the guys and girls enjoyed it as well. We will go back again very soon.

First of all I will say the pizza (s) 3 were great ,the service and salad… not so much. There was a 3 inch piece of plastic in my salad that I did not notice until it was in my mouth. When I talked to the server out of other customers hearing , I told the server and gave the plastic to the server I did not even get an apology. I wll never return. sorry about my writing skills I am elderly and not real good on a computor. I would think that after I just spent 118.00 plus a 20.00 tip I would of at least got an ” I am sorry” instead the kid gave me no response, he just walked off. It is really sad now days customer service is just terrible. I would of gave 0 stars but it would not allow me to post this if I did not give at least one star.

Ordered red sauce. No sauce on our pizza. Cold all the way through the pizza. For $50. I expect a pizza delivered as ordered and hot. A lot of money for a cold pizza. Also ordered contactless and lady rang the door and wouldn’t leave until I answered the door.

Pizza was good, salad bar was good, but not worth the 28$ I spent on a small tiny pizza, 3 breadsticks, all you can eat salad and 1 drink. Only got the all you can eat because there was no option to just go around the salad bar one time.

I paid $12 for a kids pizza and didn’t even get the drink it was supposed to come with. I checked the prices again and realized I had been overcharged. When I tried to talk to someone about it, all I got was a snarky, “I don’t make the prices.” I believe they should try to, at least, abide by the ones they set. Also, a little friendly customer service goes a long way. My advice is to go to either of the other locations. I’ve always received great service on South Hill and near 5 mile.
