February 12, 2023 aprox 1:30 pm. We were there for a pick up order. There was a man before us as we waited patiently for our turn. I woman walked in 5 minutes after we were standing there patiently and instead of the young man waiting on us!!! We went to the woman who walked in 5 minutes after us!!!! When he finally waited on us…. we explained we were here before the woman… he didn’t apologize…. at all. Your employee handed us someone else’s receipt and when we got to the car after exiting Roundtable Pizza…. are pizza was cold!!!! We didn’t get his name, at least …. I didn’t see one visible on him!
