Food was great. The owner came out and greeted our birthday dinner group. Service was awesome. I recommend this place. We didn’t get any wine but they have tons to choose from. Choose the outdoor seating you won’t be disappointed.

Consistent and delicious. This is our favorite weekend restaurant. The French toast is a must! The sangria is delicious also, white and red.

Amazing food in a relaxed and beautiful environment. We came here again after 1.5 years and it was as good as we remembered. In my view, this is the top restaurant in Carmel Valley. We will definitely be back.

Roux welcome my husband and our young boys pleasantly with a high chair but that is the extent of the “family friendly” nature. We ordered plain fries (clearly from frozen) and $29 pasta for them as there isn’t a kids menu. My Coke was flat. The food was simple and overpriced. The patio is really nice and inviting and the service was friendly though slow. The scallops were nicely done and the French onion soup was decadent. Definitely some hits and misses.

Possibly one of my favorite lunch stops in town. Really comfortable outdoor seating. Inside available too.

Amazing place for lunch out on the patio. The French toast and Duck Confit are otherworldly. Super friendly staff and very relaxed vibe. No wait the two times I’ve visited (Saturday mornings in November and March), may be different in the summer.

A large group of us went here the day after my daughter’s wedding for brunch. This was the only place in the Monterey/Carmel Valley area willing to seat such a large party. The owner worked with my daughter to curate the menu and there was something for everyone, appetizers consisted of brussels sprouts, deviled eggs & tuna tartar. The main course consisted of French toast, a cheeseburger, bolognese, eggs, potatoes & bacon or sausage and salmon benedict. For us to be such a large party, the service was great and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant for any size group. The manager/owner was awesome!

My all time fav here is the Black Summer Truffle Pasta. It is sooooo gooood! The waiters are also very polite, and they have duck. So good!

Everything was wonderful, Mary’s chicken was juicy, yuca fries fried perfectly, my daughter devoured the truffle pasta. Will be back.

Chic restaurant with interesting menu and good wine list. Enjoyed all parts of the meal, would recommend. Had two waiters describe the ingredients in the same dish in different ways, could lead to issues with food allergy.
